Hello! Yes I'm alive! And, what's this? I updated! Yay! If you want an explanation or more info on stuff, then go look at my book One-Shots and Shorter Stories the chapter titled "I'm Alive" for that.

Well anyway, that's enough of that, so on with the chapter!

Thalia's P.O.V.
I hadn't gone back to my duties as the Lieutenant of Artemis yet. She had told me that I had as much time as I needed to grieve and recover. I was spending most of my time with Annabeth and Grover, grieving with them.

"Annabeth, I'm going to go get some food for us, okay? I'll be right back." I spoke gently to her when I heard the conch horn sound for lunch. She nodded absently and I sighed, walking away. Oh, Annie. I know how it hurts. And I wish I could help you. I thought as I quietly closed the cabin door.

She was so unresponsive. It was bad before we had gone to visit his spirit in Elysium, but after that, it got worse. It was like somehow, she became even more broken. Though, how that could be possible, none of us knew.

Walking into the dinning pavilion, I noticed Nico sitting quietly at the Hades table, by himself. He hasn't say at that table in months. He sat with Will at the Apollo table. It looked like he had barely touched his food, maybe had a few bites but nothing much. Will was sitting sullenly at the Apollo table, looking lonely without his boyfriend.

Piper was glued to Leo's side at the Hephaestus table, anything he did, she did too. When he up to scrape some food into the hearth as sacrifice to the gods, so did she. Leo had large bags under his eyes and grease covered his clothes. (A/N NOTE: I DO NOT SHIP LIPER. I SHIP JASPER AND CALEO. THIS SHIP JUST WORKS WITH THE PLOT OF THE STORY! NO HATE PLEASE!)

Hazel was just walking in with Frank, both of them with red eyes and clinging tightly to each other. They had decided to stay here at Camp Half-Blood for a little longer.

Reyna, though still devastated from Percy's death, had no choice but to go back to Camp Jupiter. They needed a preyator and to be told what had happened.

Jason was sitting by himself at the Zeus table and I had to inclination to join him. He has been such an asshole lately. But now that Percy is gone, he seems to be realizing how wrong he was. I think he's beginning to feel bad abk8t the way he treated my cousin.

The whole dinning pavilion was silent save for the sounds of silverware clinking against the plates and the occasional muttered words when a newer camper was confused as to why everyone looked and acted so broken and hurt and an older camper would tell them.

I walked over to the Athena table, grabbed an empty plate for Annabeth and then walked over to the Zeus table and grabbed the other plate without acknowledging Jason or anyone else at all.

Staring at my plate, I imagined a simple turkey sandwich and then looked at Annabeth's, making it produce the same thing. Walking over tithe hearth, I muttered a quiet hello to Hestia and scraped half if my sandwich into the fire and a fourth of Annabeth's. She needed to eat more than I did.

I turned around and started walking back to Cabin Three. I was stepping out of the pavilion when I saw a figure with messy blond hair walking over. "Annabeth?" I called, confused. Everyone stopped and looked over at her approaching frame. Then I noticed that she was stuff. And there seemed to be someone behind her.

It looked like-

Annabeth's P.O.V.
I sat in the Poseidon cabin while Thalia went to go get food, staring blankly at the wall. I kept replaying the moment that Percy broke down when we were leaving after visiting him in Elysium. And the sight of his body hitting the steps of the Justice Building after he was shot. And all his scars when he removed his Mist covering and I saw them for the first time. I was replaying everything that happened in the last few months. All these horrible images were in my head, and they would not go away.
