(Devon’s POV)

Sitting in my room I was trying to figure out how in the hell this fat chick had more alpha power then me and she was a rogue as well. When I was yelling at my dad for once I actually got a reaction out of him or well I was yelling about some fat chick got a reaction. My jaw still ached from where dad hit me. The fire I saw in his eye was a shock to me as well as the others in the room as well.

Scents my mother dies everything changed about him. Gage was in line to take over the pack but he stepped down as well now he tries to help me run the pack as my beta. Hearing a knock at my door I already knew who it was or rather what she wanted. I just sat where I was and let her ride me while I did my thinking. I always had a clear head after. “Baby when can we go again” she asked.

“Get out” was my answer. I had to much work to do. I wonder how that girl got my brother under her spell. No one in out pack has been able to get in to his bed before. The next thing I know I heard a crash coming from my brother’s room. I wonder if he got his surprise yet. “Shantell! What the hell are you doing in my room” I heard my brother yell. Oh My God I have to go see this he never yells.

Running out my door and down the hall I make in time to see Shantell hit the new girl. “Scarlet please calm down” Heard Gage ask. “Ya Scarlet is it calm down we don’t want the new fat chick to start to cry” Shantell sneered at her “I will say this right now I rule over all females in this pack you will bow down before my beta power” Shantell commanded. I watched at Gage tries to grab Scarlet as she shift hearing the loudest, most ferocious howl I have ever heard made me wanna puke with so much power “Holy fuck what the hell are you” Gage yelped.

Suddenly my dad was in front of this massive gold wolf whispering to her. “Get that stupid female out of my site before I eat her alive” We hear and watch Scarlet say out of her very massive wolf mouth. I was shaking about ready to pee myself when “Devon get Shantell out of here now” my dad said. Grabbing her arms I had to drag her out of the room because she was too scared to move on her own.

(Gage’s POV)

I have never seen a wolf go so wild before. I could not move a muscle for fear of getting killed. I really was scared that she would kill me if I moved. “Scarlet I know what you are, please calm down. It’s ok to let go, you can’t keep it all bottled up any longer” my dad whispered to her. I sat there in shock as I watched her shift back into her human form. “Son please get her something to were” dad asked.

Running to the other side of the room I grabbed my shirt handing it to dad to put on her. I felt so helpless as I watched her break down in my dad arms and not mine. He picked her up and left the room I fallowed behind wondering what my dad was doing. He went into his room and into his privet study. Laying her down on his couch I sat down as well just watching my dad run around. “Dad what’s going on” I asked not being able to take the quite any longer.

He said nothing as I kept watching him move around when all of a sudden I see part of a wall pop inward and move away. Stepping inside out of my view I knew if I looked I would be trouble. So I waited and waited tell finally he comes back out with a file in one hand and a cell phone in the other. He flips through the file for a minute tell he find what he’s looking for then starts dialing a phone number.

“Alpha James” pause “yes it is an honor” pause “no I agree with you they should get what’s coming to them and I might add some of my own to the mix” pause “Oh I know because she is here with me and my pack” pause “yes I think she has already found some one that will be in her pack” pause chuckling “yes my oldest I talked with his mother and she is so happy for him” pause “yes I will see you tomorrow” then he hung up the phone.
