This takes place back in modern time! Lol. These time skips must be confusing! Also Ban knew the entire time about Meliodas and Zeldris but promised to keep quiet. He also knows he went to school with them but hardly remembers it.

Ban's POV:
RIIIIIINNNNNGGGGG!!!
"Ugh, who's calling at this hour?" I moaned sitting up.
I checked my phone and saw the time.
"It's only 9:00am! And why is Meliodas calling so early!"
I answered the call and heard him sigh in relief.
"Geez! How long does it take you to answer your phone?"
"Sorry! I was trying to sleep!"
"Yeah well forget that! Just get ready and meet me and the park in 10!"
"What? Why?"
"I'll explain when you get there! Now hurry!"
He ended the call leaving me very confused. I groaned but got up to change. I quickly did and ate. I left for the park wondering what Meliodas is so excited for. He was clearly very happy. This can't be good.
I saw him at the park with Zeldris. They noticed me and then Meliodas smiled and waved. I joined them and got very scared because of Meliodas' cheery look.
"Why'd you call so early?" I asked
"That's my secret!" Meliodas giggled like a child
"Zeldris, do you know?"
"Don't ask me. I was woken up and told to get ready. That's all I know"
"Okay then.....explanation please Meliodas" I mumbled
He shook his head and gave us a childish smile.
"Not yet! You'll have to wait"
He motioned for us to follow so we did. He ended up leading us to the school even though it was closed. It was a Saturday after all.
"Why are we here Meliodas?" Zeldris asked
"Cause"
We went to the side walls and he moved a bush out the way to reveal a hole. He went through and then we did. He took us to the back of the school and got even happier when we did.
"I'm severally confused" I mumbled
"You don't know what day it is do you?" Meliodas asked
"It's a Saturday?" Zeldris chuckled
"Well yes but it's the date! It's the 12th of May stupid!"
"And why is that date so special?"
"Well not just that date. It's this entire week!"
"Just tell us" Zeldris moaned
"You seriously don't know?" Meliodas mumbled
"Not a clue" me and Zeldris said in unison
"This is the week that Ban helped me not once, not twice but three times" Meliodas giggled
"What? how?" Zeldris asked
"Wait that's today!?" I exclaimed
"Yep!"
"Am I the only one who doesn't have a clue on what's going on?" Zeldris asked
"Zeldris what day did the sins first meet you and Meliodas?" I exclaimed
"It was uhhh May the 12......Oh. And on that day you stopped Meliodas from.....suicide"
"You see why it's so important to me? If it wasn't for you I would've given up a long time ago" Meliodas chuckled
"Also think back three more years. That's the day you helped me at school after the whole.....incident"
"It's kinda incredible that the dates all line up" Zeldris chuckled
"I've been looking forward for today for a few weeks" Meliodas chuckled
"How come?" Zeldris asked
"Because I don't think I actually said thank you to Ban once"
"That isn't necessary. I mean if I was able to stop you from suicide then I'm fine with that"
"Well yes but I need to thank you properly!"
Meliodas smiled at me. And the twins thanked me over and over and over and over and well you get the idea.
