"Hopie, you're in love."

The singing immediately stopped, his eyes wide as he faced Kiss.

"W-When did you get here?"

"That doesn't matter. What matters is that you're in love."

Hoseok gulped. "How do you know?"

"I can feel it," Kiss said. "I felt it when you were singing."

His cheeks tinted pink. "You heard me?"

"Yeah. Don't be shy about it," Kiss smiled lightly. "You sound great."

"Ah," he rubbed the back of his neck, bashful, "thanks."

"Now, who's this lady?"

The color deepened on his cheeks. "I didn't think you would want to know."

"Are you crazy? I'm the daughter of love, of course I want to know."

He sighed, trying to get rid of the nerves. "It'll be hard to tell you."

"Well, then let's make a deal," Kiss proposed. "Think of something."

While Hoseok was thinking, Kiss debated whether to use her charm-speech or not, lying down on the smooth, wooden floor.

"Spend the next twenty four hours with me."

"So at eight o'clock at night tomorrow, will you tell me?"

"Depends."

Kiss grunted. "You better-"

"-shhh. Do you know how to foxtrot?"

"Why are we-"

"Don't. I had a dream-"

"Wait, you dream about m-?"

"Shush," Hoseok said, pulling her up.

"The steps for a foxtrot follow as slow, slow, quick, quick," he explained. "For me, I would move forward since I am taking the lead. You would move backwards."

"Here, I'll show you."

Standing next to the young goddess, Hoseok explained the steps. "You would go backwards two steps, slow, slow, and then you move your right foot to the right with the left following, quick, quick."

Kiss nodded, and Hoseok beamed. After Kiss practiced a few times, Hoseok took a hold of her hands.

"Try it with me in practice form."

His hands were warm and slightly rough. Kiss could feel the crookedness in each finger, as well as the soft skin, which oddly felt comforting. Hoseok smiled upon the contact, a slight buzz ringing through his arms into his chest.

"Five, six, seven, eight," Hope counted off. "Slow, slow, quick, quick, again,"

The pair continued in that pattern, making a diagonal line across the floor.

"So, if I were to go backwards, you would go forwards, right?" Hoseok said, letting go of her hands. Kiss nodded in response as he dragged her to the center again.

"Let's try it in a closed hold."

He held out his left hand. "Give me your right hand."

Kiss tentatively placed her hand in his. His fingers wrapped around hand lovingly, bringing it up into a upper-hand clasp. Kiss instinctively wanted to rip her hand free, as she hated sweet, lovey-dovey gestures opposing to seductive, lusted holds.

But, she somehow liked the gestures when it came from Hope.

Hoseok's other hand wrapped around her, his hand gently resting on her shoulder blade. He nodded his head at her arm.
