For those who don't know what's going on, Apple Bloom is being punished because her grades have been going down from an A to a C.
Cheerilee, Apple Bloom's teacher, followed Applejack outside of Apple Bloom's room. She was confused why Applejack wanted the punishment to be harmless.
Cheerilee: Why do you want the punishment to be harmless?
Applejack: Ah can't stand to see mah sister in pain. It breaks mah heart.

Cheerilee: So what punishment do you think will be harmless.

It was AJ's turn to hold AB down and she continued to blow raspberries.
