I laid beside Saddie who was still completely passed out.Her breathing was slow, and she was so still I would have thought she was dead.
I sighed heavily, lifting my limp body up and forcing myself to stand on my feet.
I heard a knock on the door and saw Morty walk in, glancing at her still body."H-How is she?" He asked, voice cracking and stuttering while he talked.
The usual Morty.
I shrugged. "As fine as Rick left her." I said softly, earning a small frown from himself.
"Why don't we go talk to Rick and see if he wants to do anything. We still have that list." He said nudging me."Okay." I nodded. "Sure."
We walked downstairs and into the garage, seeing Rick tinkering with his car.
He took his flask from his lab coat pocket and took a swig at it, returning the silver bottle back where it was previously sitting."Rick. Do you have any suggestions of places to go?" Morty asked, crossing his arms over his chest casually.
I leaned against the work table, and watched as Rick thought to himself."Morty- y-you kn-O-w where I'm going to suggest." Rick said, a slight smirk tugging at the corners of his lips.
"Oh yeah? W-Wheres that?" Morty asked curiously. Curiosity caused me to stand to my feet and walk over to the infamous pair, and raised a brow slightly.
"Blips and chitz!!" Rick said loudly, surprising Morty and I both.
"No Rick! No. There's bad people there!" Morty whined, walking after Rick who had now gotten into the car.
"Get over it Morty. You in or not?" Rick said, his gaze landed onto me.
I nodded, hopping into the passengers seat with a grin, watching Morty sigh heavily and roll his eyes making his way into the back seat.
"Fine." Morty mumbled. We zoomed off into space, finally arriving at the building.
I hopped out of the car and walked up to the doors.
"Stick together, don't leave the building unless you're with me, or if I say so." Rick warned us.We both nodded and followed him inside.
Looking around Rick gave a worried look when his eyes fell upon somebody all too familiar.
"What is it Rick?" Morty asked.
"One of the Rick's from the citadel is here. Act calm, and don't look at him. We'll be fine." He said walking over to a game called Roy.
Sitting down, he placed a helmet on himself and instantly closed his eyes. The screen came to life as we watched him activate the game.
We watched him play for a few hours, taking turns every so often before getting a bit bored of the game.
Morty and I walked over to a few shooting games and laughed.
Pressing a button on a fake gun multiple times, Morty shot at the moving targets; beating the other player.
"Oh shit! You're winning," I said, pointing to the score board. An alien who stood beside us battling against Morty's score glared watching himself get beat.
The alien cursed in some sort of foreign language before flipping us off and storming away. I furrowed a brow in confusion, then glancing at Morty only to see him mirror my features.
"Whatever. He's just a sore loser." I shrugged a shoulder and laughed, not paying enough attention to who I bumped into.
I looked up after taking a few steps back and muttering an apology, my eyes widened to see an evil Rick glaring down at me with his arms crossed.
"Step aside. We're looking for Rick dimension C-137. I know he's with you." He glared, instantly taking my arm with a tight grasp and pulled me over to where Rick sat."Morty!" I yelled, watching him run after me and grab my arm to pull me away.
Evil Rick sighed heavily, rolling his eyes before reaching in his pocket to pull out a walkie talkie."I'm gonna need some backup." He said unamused into the device.
Soon enough, three other Rick's appeared and held onto Morty and I with strong grips not letting us go.
We struggled, but no avail.
"Rick!" We both yelled loudly, hoping to get the alcoholic's attention. He lifted the helmet off his head only to spot us next to him being held with the other Rick's.
Rick stood up quickly, only to be put in a slight trance when evil Rick put a gun to my head.
Rick's body relaxed, watching us with an unamused expression.
"Rick C-137. We've finally found you." Evil Rick sneered, a smirk on his face.I frowned, feeling the hard surface of the gun being pressed to my skull.
He was easily capable of spilling my brains all over the floor in a single shot."Rick, what did you do?!" Morty asked, obviously sick of this happening to him.
"Come with us or the girl dies." Evil said, holding me close to him.
"Do it. I don't care- it's just one less bitchy attitude I have to deal with!" Rick shot back, earning a yell from Morty and I.
"Rick!" Morty yelled with anger, glaring at him. "Tell them to let us go!"
"There's countless of other realities I can go to where there's more of them. Do you really think I care that much?" Rick retorted, earning a jaw drop from Morty and I.
"Rick!!" I screamed.
Evil Rick smacked my mouth, earning me to shut up.
"I know you care. Because you're us. And deep down we still give a shit about our morty's." Evil Rick narrowed his eyes onto him, pressing the gun harder to my head causing a small headache to form."Now come with us," Evil Rick glared.
"You can't run forever. Buying illegal weapons and drugs has been going on long enough. Killing innocent Rick's- all have been traced back to you." Evil Rick said, grabbing a hold of him and walking him with the group along with us.
"Rick!! What the hell!" Morty yelled at him, earning a small grunt from Rick himself."Now you get to pay." Evil Rick added, throwing me over to another Rick who caught me and held me tight beside Morty.
Evil Rick opened a portal and smirked at the two of us. "You can thank Rick for this." Evil Rick said, laughing proudly.
He shoved us into the portal, Morty and I fell until we hit a hard ground and groaned in pain."That son of a bitch!" Morty yelled, his voice cracking in the process as we sat in pure darkness.
I felt around until my hands wrapped around a thin bar-- or should I say bars.
"We're in a prison." I whispered.
I walked down about ten feet, feeling bars two inches apart from each other all lined up and held stiff into the ground. The floor was freezing, the echoing of our voices was loud and my eyes hurt trying to adjust to the amount of darkness in the room.
"Thanks allot Rick." I mumbled.
