Liana jerked awake "I know what I have to do!" she looked outside her window, it was dark and all the lights were off, the house was quiet and the sound of a fireplace crackling in the living room. She walked into the living room and Binto was asleep in the living room, her pet Phoenix was perched on her resting area. "Hey baby, how are you? I'm restless, thinking about who my parents are..." She reaches out her hand and her Phoenix climbed onto it and they went back to her room.
In Liana's room, her and her Phoenix read a book... well Liana read the book to her Phoenix, but they still read the book. After a little while Liana crashed, Binto came in and checked on her, he picked the book that was laying on the floor up, Binto also tucked Liana in and stroked the Phoenix's head slowly, and gently. They fell to sleep with Liana cuddling her baby girl. Binto woke up and saw that Risa was missing so he went into Liana's room, he saw the two cuddling so he left her room he then went to his room and went to sleep. -Authors note, the Phoenix's name is Risa!-
In the morning Princess Liana woke up and petted her phoenix "Good morning Risa!" Risa chirped as she woke up and rubbed her head against Liana's cheek. Liana smiled "I love you too" she said. After a few minutes of morning cuddles Binto came in "Breakfast" he smiled and Risa got up and flew to the living room where Liana followed close behind. Risa sat at her perch by the table and began eating her ground up beef, Liana and Binto sat at the table and ate the bacon and eggs. whilst eating they heard a knock on the door, so Binto got up and answered it.
At the door was Princess Sheela, she looked in and waved at risa "Hello again risa, have you been keeping Liana safe?" Risa nodded rapidly as she flew over to Liana and perched on her shoulder. Liana rubbed the bottom of Risa's chin and smiled but then looked in question at her older sister "Who are you?" Sheela looked at her little sister "I'm Princess Sheela of Arrigor, i'm also your Older sister... Prince James My younger brother and your big brother is waiting in the carriage, We came to return you home, Binto!"
"Yes ma'am!" Binto said.
"Pack Liana's things, we are leaving for the castle in the morning" Binto nodded and headed to Liana's room to pack her and Risa's things so they could leave first thing in the morning. "Now, Liana come with me to the carriage so Prince James can meet you again."
"Risa!" Liana said and the phoenix got in 'protective stance'
Sheela looked at Risa "How did you convince people that Risa's not a phoenix?" she asked
"I just told them she's a rare breed of Parrot... Which is kind of true..." Liana replied
"Sheela chuckled" So true
The two sisters laughed together, something they never did growing up. Binto came out of the house with all of the luggage, he put them in the back of the carriage then went back in the house, he stopped by the door "Liana, come in when your done" he said.
Liana nodded "okay Binto!"she got up in the carriage by her brother prince James, they talked and talked until it got dark, once it did Liana got out of the carriage, waved goodbye and went back inside.
"We will see her tomorrow to bring her home right?" Prince James asked with an worried expression
Sheela nodded as she got in the carriage and sat beside James "I do believe we will" she answered calmly as she looked at the house "HYAH!" she said as she whipped the ponies with the lead and they rode off to return the following morning.
