Harry's point of view

My wife's best friend hung himself. Why the hell would he do that. I text Cassidy asking her what the fuck happened.

Me: wtf happened.

Cassidy: he left a note that said "Don't worry about me I am in a better place and the reason I have done this is because I thought I wasn't there for Toby when she was engaged or even before she met Harry and went to college. I kept thinking that and that was the last straw and I wanted to do self harm. It kept getting worse and I wanted to hang myself. Sorry I didn't tell y'all" signed Liam.

Me: Toby saw the text and broke down again

Cassidy​: I broke down when I read the note too. He said he already made a will and half will go to Toby and half to me. He did say sorry to me before of this. He had tears in his eyes when he said that. I asked him why he was sorry. He said I can't explain it. I broke down in his house and I left and I went and texted him asking if I can come over. He didn't text back. I went over and saw his mama and asked where Liam was at and she told me. I went upstairs and I saw him with the rope around his neck and I freaked out. I went downstairs and had his parents sit down. I told them. they lost it. Than I went to call Toby and she called me first.

Me: I can't believe this. Well I have to go Cassidy.

Cassidy: OK bye.

After I talked to Cassidy, Toby couldn't take it anymore. "Lets go to the house."

"OK. Lets go," I say.
