As Percy fell he thought about everything that had just happened. He had been fighting some random monster when he smelled the ocean and before he knew it he as blinded by really bright light. The throne room hadn't changed a bit, Hestia and Hades still didn't have thrones, Zeus sadly was still king, his father was still there. He had deliberately sat at the hearth at first to hurt his father, but the hearth had hurt him because it brought back memories that he had buried so deep they weren't even there.
"Anytime now fates, i know i can't die yet." He felt the winds start to support him but looked up and saw Aeolus.
"Hello Perseus Jackson i have been called by the fates to give you my blessing as you insiste jumping off of random things." Percy just nodded as he came to a full stop.
Aeolus waved his hand and Percy felt a searing pain in his back. He collapsed onto whatever was holding him in the air.
"Hmm, i've never seen wings look like that before." Percy's eyes almost bugged out of his head.
"Wings! What!" He thought about spreading his wings and the spread. "Cool." The were pure black and at the base where the came from his back sea green feathered out. The green was darker than it normally would have been but he loved it, they were terrifying.
"Yes usually they would have been reversed where the black was at the base of your wings and turned to sea green. I guess you're more Tartarus then you are Poseidon's son." He shrugged. "Well just think of them retracting into your back and the will, the should pass through your clothes without shredding them." He disappeared and the cushion holding Percy up suddenly dropped him. He spread his wings and gilded out over New York.
He took a deep breath and started hacking, it would take a while to get used to breathing none toxic air. He flew towards Camp Half-Blood out of instinct even after 500 years but changed his course once he realized where he was going. He was on his way to California, though he wished he wasn't.

After flying for days and stopping in little odd towns where he would hope there were no demigods he finally was at Camp Jupiter. He stood at the crest of the hill looking down at the camp he called home for a short amount of time. He didn't think he could go in, his greek friends might not be here but his Roman ones were. He still replayed what Hazel had said to him everyday. 'You were my big brother, you were supposed to protect me' and she was right he should have protected her.
But they had betrayed him, she knew he would never do something like this and she still voted for him to be killed. Anger bubbled up inside him when he remember his 'friends', the friends that were ready to kill and send him to Tartarus. How could he just go back and act like he had forgiven these two.
He groaned. "Why can't i just die already?" He made a promise that he would try camp, so he was gonna try camp. He spread his wings and jumped into the air, he saw Mars appear and flew to him.
"Romans! i have a returning hero. He was sentenced to Tartarus 500 years ago, but he was innocent and has returned. Welcome back to the world of the living, Percy Jackson." Percy landed in front of the romans.
"Hello." Most of the Romans started at him until the made the connection with his name. He heard a gasp and saw Frank, Hazel, and Reyna in front of their soldiers.
"Percy..." Hazel stepped forward and tried to touch him, he stepped back
"Don't touch me, don't go near me, and don't speak to me. You lost that privilege when you banished me to that hell when i was innocent." He snarled and his eyes glowed without him making them. She nodded and Frank wrapped her in his arms.
