I woke up this morning expecting to see Dom there, but he wasn't.
I went downstairs and saw Dom cooking eggs and vegan bacon. I went behind him and wrapped my arms around his shoulders and slightly bit his neck. Dom then turned around and wrapped his arms around my waist. I gave him a light kiss. Dom deepened the kiss and grabbed my butt. Just as I started getting turned on, I heard my phone ring. I knew it was my team because I scheduled a phone meeting. I answered the phone while Dom just held me against his chest.
When I got off of the phone I went into my office to do some work. I soon came to the realization that I was supposed to get my period that morning. I went to the washroom hoping to see blood in my underwear. But nothing. My heart started thumping as I remembered everything that happened last night. Dom forgot to use a condom. I prayed to god that I wasn't pregnant. My life couldn't change just like *that*. I started hyperventilating and I was breathing hard but short. Then everything went black.
Dom's POV
I wanted to ask Lilly a question so I went into her office. When I didn't see her there I assumed she was in the washroom.
"Hey Lilly?" I said. No response.
"Lilly? Hello?" Still nothing. I slowly opened the door and I was shocked.
"OMG LILLY!!!" I immediately called 9-1-1.
Lilly's POV
My vision was blurry and I felt like I was gonna throw up. I heard sirens and saw red and blue lights. Then everything went black again.
Dom's POV
The paramedics came into the room and all I could do was hold Lilly's hand. I had never really tried praying before but I think I'd give it a try today. I didn't know who or what I was praying to but I hope that it was working. A single tear went down my face. Please Lilly. Wake up.
As I softly said that to myself Lilly's body jolts awake and she sits up. Her body heat was up and she was sweating profusely.
"Thank god you are okay" I gave her a huge hug just happy that she was alive.
