naruto went through the door and finally blocked kurama's laughing after 9 minutes of trying too, then he saw the other gennin teams that make it two the second stage and saw what look like an arena and saw and audience some were in the village and some were from different villages

the ' kazekage' walk in and sarutobi greeted him with a humble smile, not knowing it was orichimaru looking like that kazekage

sarutobi: kazekage-dono, i see you arrived.

orichimaru/kazekage: hello hokage-dono, and i hope i'm not too late.

sarutobi: no no, i'm just about to start the third stage. 

orichimaru mind: my how your old age has caught of with you, old man.

then the door open and they saw a very muscular man with blonde hair and dark shade of skin and two metal wrist bands that look it weigh a ton. this is the 4rth raikage A. his entrance surprised sarutobi and the ' kazekage' since he doesn't have a team competing in today's exam. then they saw his with a girl with blond hair she's wearing anbu style pant and a black t-shirt, this is yugito, granddaughter of the 4rth raikage and holder of the two tailed cat nibi.      

sarutobi: raikage-dono, this is a surprised, i didn't expect you to be here, i mean you don't have a gennin team to participate.

A: sorry hokage-dono, but i got board on doing paper work all day and it really killing my back, so i decided i need a break and heard that the chuunin exam are around in konoha and decided to go and watch, i hope you don't mind.

sarutobi shook his head.

sarutobi: no no, its fine.

A: thank you, and also i brought my granddaughter along, hokage-dono this is yugito 

yugito: it's pleasure to meet you hokage-sama.

orichimaru/kazekage: dammit! with the raikage here, things will get more complicated!

the hokage nodded and began walked out, to announce his speech.

hokage: welcome everyone!

the crowd cheered on this then sarutobi began his speech.

sarutobi: ok. now i ask you a question, whats the purpose of the exam?

ino: it's too be promoted, to chuunin of course

sarutobi: not just that, theres more, the exam is more than just  being promoted its about keeping the piece. 

this got everyone confused in the arena, doe shikamaru, said ' troublesome'.

( i'm not a big fan about the entire speech so i'm not going to bother)

the hokage finish his speech and explanation about the entire exam and the purpose of it, and to say the gennin were shocked beside gaara naruto, then the hokage gave a choice to those who want to redraw which kabuto raise his hand and said that his chakra is low and his unable to compete, then the hokage said something.

sarutobi: ok, now that done, there is one more thing that i need to say. i taken the liberty to give all of you a performance. 

this got the attention of the crowd and the gennin and even the jonnins. and to naruto curiosity

naruto:  what are you up to old man.

sarutobi: so pls enjoy the show, wil naruto uzumaki pls give us a good show.
