You sat in your living room, head in your hands, as you mulled over yesterday's events. Today you had a day off, and you were grateful Joey had given it to you, or more like forced it onto you, because at the moment you couldn't handle or comprehend the events taking place at the moment. Or yesterday. Joey's evil laugh scared you to death. Right now, you were seated on your couch, clothed in a ink stained (f/c) t-shirt and (f/c) shorts. Your (h/l) (h/c) hair was straightened, and flowing freely around your face. Bendy was sitting on the floor in front of you, in front of the television. At the moment he was happily bobbing around to the music of his show, which you had turned on for him while you thought over last night's events. Joey had placed the ink creature into a duffel bag and had given it to you, escorted you to the front of the studio, and sent you home, telling you that you could have a few days off to get used to having Bendy around. The walk home was silent, as the little ink demon thought it best to stay quiet and let you think things through. When the two of you reached your house, and had gotten safely inside, you removed Bendy from your bag and stared at him, taking in everything.

"This is really happening... Okay. Okay. First things first. Do you eat or sleep?" You had asked the ink creation, to which he happily replied.

"I like bacon, and ink, and I sleep sometimes!" You nodded, before leading Bendy on a tour of the house. You had decided that he could sleep with you in your room, even though you felt uncomfortable. Just a little. During the tour, Bendy had told you things about himself, like how he loved to dance, and how old he was (24), and how he had stolen some pens off the worker's desks when they weren't there.

"So that's where my pens went.." You thought, and when the tour was complete, You took a shower, made a quick little dinner of bacon for yourself and Bendy, and curled up next to him and went to sleep. Now it brings us to this morning, and you sat up, your gaze shifting to stare at the inky creation given to you. His eyes were still focused on the television, but they wouldn't be for long, as you noted that the episode was almost over. A smile grazed your features, and you felt like a mother with a really energetic child. Though, of course Bendy was not your child, and you were nowhere close to being a mother. Your eyes clouded over, recalling a memory from long ago.

{Flashback}
"I'm sorry Miss. Y/n. She's gone." The doctor spoke, and you wailed an heartbreaking cry.

"No! It can't be! She was just breathing! She was just crying! What do you mean she's gone?!" You screamed, and tears poured down your face, like running faucets. This couldn't be happening... This couldn't be happening....

{Flashback over}
"Y/n? Miss Y/n? Are you alright?" Bendy was asking you, softly patting your arm. His gloved hand felt warm, despite the fact he was made out of ink. You shook your head, wiping the tears away and blinking, once, twice, before looking down at the little ink demon. He was staring at you with a worried expression, the creature had never seen anyone cry randomly before. He worried that you could be hurt, or worse. He wouldn't know though, he didn't understand human emotions. You smiled at him, reaching a hand up and patting his head gently.

"I'm just fine Bendy. Just thinking about old memories. Come on, you're probably hungry. I'll make some breakfast." You spoke, before standing up off the couch and walking towards the kitchen. You could hear the small demon following behind you, possibly still worried. Getting the items needed to make some breakfast for you and the ink demon, you began to cook, calling upon Bendy for help. He beamed widely, before pulling out a white apron from nowhere, and tying it on his body.

"I'm ready! What should I do?" You giggled at his little antics, almost forgetting he was a cartoon.

"Could you crack these eggs into the pan for me?" You spoke, handing him three eggs. Bendy nodded, before beginning to crack the eggs, one by one, into the pan. On the last egg, the yolk didn't fall out all the way, and Bendy looked at it curiously. He shook it harder, but it stayed in place. The demon lifted it over his head and glared up at the yolk, shaking it some more. The egg decided to fall at that moment, right onto his face. You burst into laughter, as the egg began sizzling and cooking right on Bendy's face. You were laughing so hard, you had to put the pan on the counter and clutch your stomach, doubling over in laughter. Bendy wiped the egg off his face and pouted, before laughing along with you. After the two of you calmed down, you sighed in happiness and put the pan on the stove, where the eggs started sizzling, and you lay a few pieces of bacon on the side, cooking them as well. As you stood over the stove, Bendy decided to explore around your house again, his main destination the basement. He had taken a liking to it, just because of the fact it was dark down there. Yesterday during the tour of the house, he had wandered into the basement area, causing you to have to go and find him. He scared the hell out of you, seeing as he was completely hidden in the darkness of the basement. It took you a while to calm down, and the whole time the demon had laughed his ass off. Coming back to the present, Bendy was now in the dark confines of the small basement, wandering around and looking at things. He could see really well in the dark, so he didn't run into anything. Walking around the room, Bendy spotted a few boxes piled in the corner. His eyes glinted in curiosity and he walked over to them, kneeling down and opening the tops. There were a few books and photos, and the ink demon picked up one of the photos lying on the top. It was a picture of you as a kid, maybe 4 or 5, standing next to two older people. A man and a woman. Bendy examined the older figures. The woman had a look of fear in her eyes, but kept a smile on her face. The man's eyes couldn't really be read very well, but they weren't good. He was also holding your young selves shoulder a little too tightly, and your face, looked empty. Like you were used to it. Bendy felt a low growl release from his throat while staring at the man, to which the demon immediately jumped up at in surprise. Why was he growling? He didn't have anything against this guy, and he hadn't even known Y/n that long, so why did he feel the need to protect her from him? Bendy frowned and shook his head, before turning back towards the basement stairs, photograph in hand. He would just ask you about it. You had just finished setting the table when you noticed Bendy emerging from the basement. You gave him a warm smile, gesturing towards the recently placed plates.

"Breakfast is ready!" The ink demon grinned, before taking his seat on the other side of the table, across from you. As the two of you sat down, you began to eat. Bendy had gotten a few bites into his meal before remembering the photo, and immediately taking it out.

"Heya Y/n? I'm uh, sorry fer goin through yer stuff like this, but whatsa goin on with this photo?" He asked, before sliding the picture across the table. He had to lean slightly across the table, seeing as his feet didn't touch the ground when he sat in the chair anyways. You stared at the photo as he said it across, quirking an eyebrow at first, before your eyes widened once you realized what photo it was.

"Th-this is... This is from when I was... Very young. My parents and I went to go take this picture, though I really didn't want to.." Your eyes gazed down at the photo in front of you. The (e/c) orbs were slowly glazing over with tears. Bendy slightly panicked, and reached over to Pat your hand. You gave him a small smile and wiped the tears away, looking up at him.

"That... That's a story for another day. I'll tell you when we become more acquainted, alright?" The ink demon nodded, before changing the subject to funny jokes and stories, and the two of you laughed as you enjoyed your breakfast.
