Poem:
Sometimes life is really hard,
But you can't let people tare you down,
Through the pain,
Through the heartaches,
Through the good and bad,
You mustn't let life it's self tare you down,
Break your soul,
It's easy to give in,
Harder to stand firm,
When you don't have the strength to stand firm,
You must remember life has it's ups and downs,
When you give in it eases the pain,
It makes you feel ok for awhile,
It's a struggle to keep the thoughts away,
You just take things one day at a time,
One hour,
One minuet,
One second if you must,
You just can't give in,
I live my life in fear that I will cut,
I have to remember to keep my head up,
Even when it's tough!
