Dear my beloved Stephanie, I've been having difficulties with my works lately and I truly hope you would understand this because you know I'm doing this just for you and our son, Joseph. These past few days-weeks, maybe? I haven't count how many weeks I've been investigating this crime and I don't know when this job will end, but don't worry, I promise you and Joseph that I will be back after this, just wait a little longer.

The previous crime I've been recently solving is the legendary mark that everyone in our town had been gossiping about. You know, the "Illuminate" mark thing? I found it behind an old house and it was written horribly in blood use. Not only that, but it also had on the owner's forehead, indicating that he had been marked by someone.

I tried asking him some questions about it and only few of them had been answered. When I asked him about the person who marked him, he freaked out and started muttering some words that weren't clear for me to hear.

He was shaking like a leaf and wouln't answer my calls. He kept looking around as if someone was watching him. But sadly, he can't see a thing because he's blind after he woke up from his unconsciousness. And lastly, he kept repeating the words:

"Stop, for he is near.
Not in the halls, not in the walls.
But behind your shadows, he's here."

That disturbed me a lot and I'm determined to find out what or who this person is and why or how they're doing this. I'm about in a half through solving this and it needs no disruption, but for now, recording my voice is all I need to prove you that I'm completely alright.

Apparently, my investigation needs to continue further for this unknown crime, talk to you later, my love.
