3rd Person's P. O. V.
Roxanne started to ponder over the man's last statement. She wanted to know if what he had said was true, but it seems her mind had no clue if she could believe it or not. But she'll keep that statement in mind.
"From what I've heard from his friend, he began acting strangely once he had the mark on his forehead. I couldn't really much describe the symbol for you, but I only know that it looked like a letter 'a' with weird horns."
She perked up at the mention of the symbol she saw on the photo she had currently kept. She pulled out the photo from her pockets to see the shadow on the corner disappeared. She blinked her eyes twice to see if she was hallucinating, and she wasn't. The shadow was clearly gone by the time she laid her eyes on it for the second time.
"Anyways, when I said he acts weirdly, I mean it. His friend told me many ways about it, and it gets worse every time the symbol glows brighter. Kinda funny because it isn't possible to make something glow out of the blue, especially when it's onto someone's body. But this is the reason why I'm here; to solve any mystery I could find. And my first guess was the legendary mark-but it couldn't possibly be that. Everybody knows that mark isn't true, that it was all just a myth. But I will dig deeper to find more clues to this. In the mean time, there's still one question that ponder in my mind. Who did this? Who did this to John Clarkson? I've been getting to that question first before I started investigating. Obviously, you guys would ponder over that question too. Heh, why did I even bother questioning that? Anyway, I'll tell you the other details soon." The recording was short as it ends, leaving Roxanne stunned by the man's news.
She didn't know anything about this, but the box was written by her family's names. Her parents couldn't possibly be hiding these items from her, could they? She haven't seen anything like the box she had recently gotten from Viktor. She had known them for so long to know they would never keep any secrets from her, so why now would they keep this from her?
Roxanne sighed deeply, pulling out the first tape from the dvd recording and put in the second one.
"So I've just finished finding more clues from his family, friends and etc. and I think I almost got it, but I'm not too sure about it. It's getting complicated. The-" The knock on the door from downstairs interrupted Roxanne as she silently groaned and got up, pausing the tape. She walked out of her room and walked down the stairs. She walked towards the door and open to reveal Olivia. She was staring on her boots while holding a black letter from her hands. Eventually, she looked up as soon as she heard the door open. Her baby blue eyes lit up with joy and let out a cute grin.
"Well what a coincidence! I never thought this was your house!" She beamed.
Roxanne chuckled, "And I never thought I'd ever see you again."
"Yeah, kinda funny." Olivia agreed, giving her a black letter, saying, "Give this to Ms. Kuznetsova. Rebecca's grandparents ordered me to give it to her, but it seems like you, would be the best option right now. I wouldn't want to intrude your house if I were to let myself in."
"Alright." Roxanne took a quick look at the letter before keeping it from her pockets.
"Is Ms. Kuznetsova your aunt or something?" Olivia asked, tilting her head.
"She's my stepmother." Roxanne answered.
Olivia raised her eyebrow. "Oh, your stepmother? But what happened to your-" She jolted backwards once Roxanne harshly answered, "I don't want to think about it."
