"How often now,
raging weeping for the days
love gives then takes away,
takes from you
the slightly chapped hand laid on the one
you're pointing at a tree, and the voice that breathes..."

Dalia explored all surroundings and searched for possible supplies she could take with her back into the cave. She didn't see any of those creatures again but she could sense something weird around her. It can be that those monsters were still hiding here somewhere, but for some reason they didn't get out of their hiding places. Was this maybe because she wasn't a human? And if so, why were they only after humans? Schermer still had a hard time understanding the whole situation but a feeling in her chest told her that this might be the punishment of a wish which should've been never spoken out loud. "Almighty Lord in heaven..." she whispered as she held her rosary. "What is happening to this paradise? And why?"

Crowley and his team were moving in a high speed. They came across to some humans at their first stop and he had stationed some of his men there to turn them into a part of their livestocks. He sighed disappointed when he studied his surroundings in the third village they took over, "I think the only things we will find will be children we turn into livestock... and some stupid, boring corpses." The vampire slowly moved his hand above his head, towards the sun. Maybe I will be out of luck, he thought while staring at the light being blocked by his hand. "Crowley-sama." a voice said with a tone of interest, "We have reports from an old village around an hour away from where we are now." Crowley turned his attention to what has been said by Horn Skuld. He showed off his classical smirk to the woman while he asked, "What are those reports off darling?"

"Dear Lord in heaven have mercy and give me all the patience in the world!" Dalia whispered angrily when she searched around one of the convenience stores. How in the world will she be able to care for 6 crying lads and gals? She barely had the patience to spend time together with Vidadi and she certainly was not a woman of strong maternal instincts. "I hope no one will find them!" she said to herself while she pulled out some canned food from the collapsed shelves. She was not really confident in leaving the children alone for so long, if something was to happen to them they clearly had not the necessary training to defend themselves. Dalia remembered that she taught Yuka some things regarding defense for when she may get attacked by one filthy man or two when she got older. Of course those tactics are not going to save them from more vampire-soldiers that may be coming in anytime soon. "I should have restrained myself." she said, maybe it was better to knock them out for a while and make a leave instead of killing them and causing such a commotion. "This shall be enough for them for now." The knight said with an uneasy feeling.

"Five of our soldiers were killed in a remarkable time Sir." Horn summarized what has been witnessed by one last soldier that hid themselves during the fight with Schermer. Eusford was listening with no clear reaction, just putting his right hand under his chin, thinking silently. "We should move over there and see for ourselves!" Chess suggested with her squeaky voice, "I'd love to meet the human capable of that! Crowley-sama, do you think the demon forces have made their way over there?" she asked curiously. There is no way, the Lord thought to himself, they are barely holding their own forces together against those flimsy monsters, he smiled and skimmed his surroundings again. "It will take an hour you say Horn?", this question made the entire divison turn around and wonder what will happen next. "I think we found ourselves an adventure, huh? Why don't we start moving?" Eusford divided his groups to move for the following villages and decided that it would be enough for him, Horn and Chess to move alone toward that interesting location. Maybe they will find a catch there, livestock is everywhere around anyway, the hard thing to find nowadays is a good fight or an interesting revelation.
