Chapter 5: Crush? (EDITED)

(Mina's Pov)

I fluttered my eyes open groggily to someone shaking my shoulders awake. I groaned and knew it was Haruhi which made me sigh as I pushed her away just wanting to go back to sleep...that pain pill must be damn strong...I'm usually not THIS tired in the morning.

Haruhi chuckled a bit "Come on Mina you gotta get up. We don't wanna be late for school" She said, I groaned and nodded as she left to get dressed which made me sigh as I lied in bed for a moment. I groaned as I sat up and rubbed my face tiredly "That medicine must be strong. You were out as soon as you finished your soup" Haruhi said,

I smiled tiredly as I yawned and groaned feeling pain course through my body "I hurt Haru" I said, Haruhi sighed as she opened up the ibuprofen and handed me 3 pills "it's not gonna be as strong but it should hold you out till after the club today" She said, I just nodded as Haruhi went and got me a glass of water. I put the pills in my mouth and downed the water letting out a sigh as the water felt nice.

I took a deep breath before painfully hopping out of bed. I breathed heavily before walking to the mirror seeing my eye was bruises as was my cheek. I frowned "Ugly" I whispered as I painfully stripped from my pj's and looked to see nasty bruises all over my body.

I sighed and rolled my eyes as I decided to wear simple jeans a sweater because I was too sad and in pain to dress cute right now. I slid on my shoes, grabbed my bag and Mimi-chan and walked out of the bedroom to see Haruhi in her boys uniform which she had to wear considering everyone knows she's a boy aside those in the host club.

It made me wonder how the Club went without us...I felt kinda bad since me and Haruhi are kinda forced to be there...well Haruhi is and I'm just sticking along with the ride. But I felt bad that we weren't there to help...it probably gets crazy...But I'm sure Honey and Takashi told Kyoya what happened so he can't be that mad...right?

I shook my head and sighed "Are you ready Mina? We're running a bit behind" She said, I just nodded as I grabbed a snack from the kitchen to eat on the way there since it took me a while to wake up due to the pain medication.

When we got to the school, me and Haruhi headed straight to class. It still hurt to move a little let alone breathe...I can tell people were just staring at me and my injuries which made me frown a bit...feeling insecure and self-conscious about how I look.

I wish I could've stayed home today but I promised Honey and Mori I'd have lunch with them today...but what are they going to think when they see me like this? I don't want anyone to see me like this...It's all just ugly.

I sighed and just thought of spending my day with Honey and Takashi which was the only thing that's gonna help me through the day. It made me happy to think about to think about Honey. It made me blush and smiled softly as my stomach felt fuzzy.

Before class had started, I sat on the windowsill with my knees to my chest and looked out the window. I held Mimi-chan close to me and sighed just already wishing for today to be over. I heard the sound of the twin talking with Haruhi which made me forget about my grudge with them since I got my ass handed to me yesterday...

It's been a while since something physical actually happened mainly because I've never left Haruhi's side...But then again it's always my fault I get bullied huh? My fault for everything I guess...I frowned and sighed "Good-Morning" the twins greeted,

Haruhi greeted them as I looked at the twins who frowned once looking at my face "Damn Mina. They got you pretty good" Hikaru said trying to make light of the situation which didn't make me feel better at all...

I frowned which made Kaoru and Haruhi punch him, "Be nice to her!" Haruhi shouted, "Okay I'm sorry geez" Hikaru said rubbing his arm. I rolled my eyes and heard the bell rang which made me sigh as I hopped form the windowsill and sat in my seat just wanting to get class done and over with.
