My alarm blares out its high pitched wake up call, I roll over in my bed and lazily turn it off. I sit up on my bed to do a quick meditation practice. I stop to think about what has happened over the course of just 4 days since the whole demon-trying-to-kill-my- partner-and-I-accident. The shop has been fully repaired, thank the gods that the repairmen didn't ask what happened. I don't think either of us could explain what we went through. I do a few stretches before hopping out of my bed. I open my bathroom door and for some odd reason, it feels colder than normal. I shrug my shoulders, brush it off as the air conditioning going crazy again. I start running some water and splash cold water onto my face. I still have my eyes closed while reaching for my towel until I grab on something.
Something hot, blistering hot. I scream out in pain and remove the towel from my face to be greeted with my partner. Who looks like an absolute nightmare straight out of hell. All of his teeth are longer than fingers, his hair is burned off, and his smile stretches ear to ear. Literally.
"Don't think I'm that easy to get rid of, child."
. . . .
{ ANONS:}
Alex: Hey guys! I hope you like this short story we wrote! I know I haven't posted in a while and I am very sorry about that guys. This year, I am taking creative writing and my class did short stories. I paired up with a good friend of mine and we came up with this! He really encouraged me to write it and I've never felt better actually coming up with a brand new story from scratch! We split this into two parts: Neros being my character and Draco being Dalton's character. Anyway, enough of me rambling...I hope you guys all like it! Happy Halloween as well! (Thank's Dalton for helping me with this. Love ya man. No homo}
Dalton: Writing this story has been a great joy of mine. Working with Alex on this story has been so much fun and has really opened my eyes to the joys of writing. I can't wait to write more with this wonderful man. I hope you enjoyed the story and that you stick around for what's to come.
