War Games.

Shanes POV: I woke up the next morning around 10 a.m realizing that I was in bed alone so I got up out of bed to see where Emily went and then I walk into the kitchen and see her cooking some breakfast. I put my hand on her shoulder to get her attention she jumped a little and then looked at me then said "Shane don't scare me like that." I laughed then said "Sorry babe." then kissed her forehead, then I go to sit down at the table and Em looks at me and says "How are you doing babe? I know today is Mania so what's going through your head my love?"

I was silent for a second just thinking about today then Emily said "Earth to Shane? What's got you shook?" Then I spilled all of my guts and told her that its been awhile since my match with mark and I was nervous about stepping into the ring with someone as talented as AJ Styles. She walked towards me put her hands on both sides of my face and said "It's going to be ok. Breathe." Once I calmed down she went back to cooking breakfast, while she was doing that I went on my phone and saw that I had received a weird text from an unknown number that said "Tell Emily her sister is in the hospital. She's ok but she needs to have reconstructive surgery on her shoulder." I text back and say "Who is this? How did you get this number?" When I received the text back it said "I'm Katelyn's boyfriend Charlie Harris found this number in her phone. I really hope its not an issue that I texted you." 

I didn't reply after that because I needed to tell Emily about her sister, so I looked up and saw that Emily wasn't sitting with me at the table so I got up and said "Babe? Where are you?" She said "I am in the bathroom love be out in a second everything ok?" I did not know how to answer so I just walked into the bathroom and handed Emily my phone she seemed confused but then she read the message and looked up at me and said "Ok. Do me a favor?" I replied "Anything." She said "Text the number back and get the name of the hospital and then come back and tell me once the number replies." I nodded then left the bathroom and then texted Charlie back and said "Hey whats the name of the hospital Katelyn is at?" It did not take long for him to reply and when he did he said "Hope Zion is the name of the hospital its located in Toronto Ontario Canada." I walked back into the bathroom but it was empty and I saw that Emily was just sitting on our bed in our bedroom watching Empire, then she saw me and she paused it and said "So where is the hospital that she is at?" 

I looked at her with worry in my eyes and she said "What is it babe? Where is my sister?" I said "Shes is in Canada at Hope Zion." Emily looked at me and said "What the hell is she doing in Canada?" I shrugged but then I saw that Emily was texting on her phone and I said "Babe who are you texting?" She looks up and says "I am texting my sister and letting her know that we will be on the first red-eye to Canada as soon as your match with Allen ends." Before she even finished her sentence I sat down put my hands on both sides of her face and kissed my beautiful and caring wife deeply and passionately. Once we came up for air she said "What was that for?" I replied "That my love was for being the best wife that anyone could possible ask for." 

 After that we cuddled in bed watching empire until it was time to go to the arena to get ready for mania, once we arrived at the arena we got out of the car and made our way to my private locker room so I could get in my gear and wait for production to tell me when my match was. But while we were sitting I was looking at my beautiful pregnant wife and I asked "What do you think the gender of our baby is?" She looked at me and said "I believe it is a boy. What do you think?" I walk over to her sit right next to her and say "I agree I think that our baby is a boy." Emily then looked at me and said "Well we go for our 20 week ultrasound next week, do you want to ask the doctor or have one of those gender reveal parties?" I pondered on it for a couple of seconds and then I said "My love what ever you wanna do I am okay with because no matter what I will always love you." 

She looked at me with those big hazel eyes and said "I love you too baby." Then she put her head on my chest and said "Can we just stay like this for a while?" I kissed the top of her head and said "We can stay like this for as long as you want."
