" Oh My Goodness.."
Alexis lets out a breath, pausing for a moment.
" This is unbelievable. I mean, why would anyone allow some who physically used a children's game to earn money for themselves?!"
I sighed,
" I wish I could ask Clarke Stacey or someone but I just can't. Lexi, what am I going to do?"
Alexis's calming voice touches me, even when she is all the way down in Pennsylvania.
" Listen Sarah. You're going to play it cool. Pretend that its all normal. And then, when he least expects it, pull him away and talk to him. He'll try to avoid you probably."
I nodded,
" I suppose it'll work.."
" It'll do more then work, Sarah, its genius."
I laughed. Alexis was the one person who could 24/7 make me happy.
" It is genius."
After calling Alexis, I set my phone down and tried to focus on some homework. I was midway through Alegebra when I decided to stop and finish it later. I'd do it after dinner or before bed, like usual.
Flipping open my laptop, I click onto Chrome and search for Animal Jam. I log in and walk around a bit, looking for anything that would make an interesting video. Hm. Today I might as well do a den decorating. I never do them, but they are fun!
I go to my den and lock the fans out (cry), and then set up Quicktime Player. No need for a mike today. I choose a den, Cosmos Den, and then get to work.
After about an hour I hear Momparri calling my name for supper. I have just about completed the den, so I quickly finish recording, shut my laptop, and shuffle downstairs holding Caspian, my kitten, in my arms.
" Smells amazing!"
I say, setting Caspian down on the floor and sitting at my usual seat. A few of our other indoor cats- Prince, Juice, Caspian..- wander over to their bowl. The rest eat outside, where they cat place is.
I take a bite of potatoe and a sip of milk, managing to keep my mouth full all through dinner to avoid talking. Once I finished I excused myself from the table, put my plates in the sink and went upstairs to edit. I opened up IMovie, and created a new project with the den decorating video. I started editing it, making it sped up and cutting out anything that look sloppy. Then, I had to create a thumbnail. I picked a few transparent AJ stickers from the Animal Jam Archives, then chose a great background. I went onto PicMonkey and made a simple thumbnail. I didn't want to do a voiceover for the beginning, but I remembered what Alexis had said.
I went BACK onto AJ and into my den. I turned my mic on and quickly started recording the beginning-
" Hey Guys, its Bepper here back with another Animal Jam Video!! Today, I will be doing a DEN DECORATING!!"
I hit stop and saved it, added it and my intro to the video.
