Selena's P.O.V
I went up to my locker and decided I should skip gym class, the teacher is really understandable,so I went out to search for Justin but no clue,
Why am I looking for him?
I stopped and sighed and decided that I will find Sofia instead
then as I was searching for Sofia, I heard people gossiping and whispering about something,I ignored it though after a few minutes I saw Sofia walking up to me.
"Did you heard?" She said
"Heard what?" I replied
"There is this new girl that has been talking to Justin!!!! That is why he skipped math," She said to me
"W-what? What is her name?" I replied quickly
"Olivia" she said
"Olivia,well he could get detention!! Jeez... This is unlike him" I said as I cross my arms
"Unlike him? Is Selena Buenavidez showing concern for Justin Reyes?" Sofia says as she circle around me
"No,your bad at equations" I said to her as I uncross my arms
"I mean, you did say he can have any girl he wants, just not you" Sofia said in a sassy way
"Yeah, but-" I said but was cut off, "What?? What is this?? Doing buts for Justin now? Ohhh this is new" Sofia says and went off
"It is not like I like him" I said to myself and turned around but i did not look where I was going I suddenly bumped into someone
"Ah, i'm so sorry" I said as I pick up my books
"It's okay" He said and bent down and took a book and give it to meand smiled,turns out it was Justin.
"Uhh..." I said
Should I ask him, why he did not came to Math?
I took the book immediately and standed up and left.
After a few hours later, as I went up to the locker room. I saw Olivia flirting with Justin. I was not sure of his reactions,
"Yuck" I said and felt disgusted and decided to leave.I avoided him alot lately so i wont mess up in his new girl everyone's been talking aboit.As it was time to go home,I went outside and I saw Olivia bribing Justin to get in his car and drive like a happy couple. I was too disgusted, I did not see Justin respond to Olivia and turned around and walked behind school and called Sofia.
"Hello?" Says Sofia over the phone
"Hey, umm... Justin left me so can I get a ride to Justin's house?" I lied her car was always behind school. So she did not see Justin was in the parking lot.
"Sure, I am right at the left" She said and looked at the left and saw her there, I went inside and we both drove off to Justin's house.
"Okay, if anything happens between you two call me okay?" Sofia says as I open the door, I nodded and went to the door. I ringed the doorbell, and saw Justin
"Hey, where were you?" He said,
And where were you this math class?
I past him to the door and put my bag at the couch "Well, Sofia and I had a project so we stopped by at her house first and then she took me here" I lied he would ask me questions if I told him the truth
"Then why did you not inform me about this? I thought you were kidnapped!" Justin says as he close the door
"Sorry,Dad" I said as I rolled my eyes and went to the kitchen and opened the fridge to get water. Justin managed to follow me
"Hey, you alright? You have been avoiding me" he said with a concerned voice
Is it obvious? I dont want to ruin your love with Olivia.See? You do like her, so I had to avoid you so Olivia would not be heartbroken cause she likes you and if I talk to you, she would end up heartbroken.
"Look, I have been stressed out with some biology, ok? Now stop, cause I really need some rest" I lied and went upstairs and to the room.
I changed into some pajamas even though it is not night. I took a quick sleep before I got a text from Justin
Look, tell me what kind of Biology problem you are stressed out
He is texting me even like he is right next door? Classic but I was trying to think of a biology problem

That is math princess
Well,see the problem? Math!! I-let us not talk about that.
Is it because I didnt show up at math?

Without a second, Justin knocks and comes in and sat at the edge of the bed
"So who is this lucky boy?" He said in a charming voice hoping that it is him.
"Nick" I said to him
Suddenly I can notice his heart was torn into a million pieces.
"Oh" his voice cracked
"Well, I hope you have fun with him, goodnight" He said and left the room immediately.
I felt bad,I did not want him to know because of Olivia, he would think I like him cause I am jealous which I am not. I was scared, and guilty
I broke his heart
