Chapter 2

Amy's P.O.V) Wear something nice, I have nothing nice to wear! I'm not a glamorous girly girl. I don't have a dress or high heels......... well, my mom got me this hot pink dress and matching shoes for my birthday, but ill never wear it. I know my mom wants me to wear it tonight, but I wont. So I turned on my jukebox and played the song "I wanna go" by Britney Spears and cranked it as loud as it could go, I then grabbed my faded bell bottom jeans, me long sleeve FOX shirt that's white and the neck comes down a little to show of my chest a little, but not to much. then my cowboy boots that I wear almost everywhere. for my make up, I put a thick coat of both mascara and glitter mascara, and black eye liner on the bottom lid of my eye. I stood back and looked at myself in the mirror, I looked pretty good, but something was missing, so I grabbed my black leather jacket and zipped it up half way, I looked at myself in the mirror again and the jacket really made my outfit pop. as I was walking over to my bedroom door, my mom yelled up at me, "honey, are you almost ready, your father and I are downstairs waiting for you, oh and please tell me your wearing that dress I got you"! I opened the door and started walking down the stairs, my dad had a big smile on his face, were my mom didn't look to happy.

Dads P.O.V) When my little girl came walking down those stairs, I've never seen her so confident I what see wears, she's my little girl all grown up.

Mom's P.O.V) When that girl came walking down those stairs, I was expecting her to be wearing that pink dress and those pink high heels, but she comes down wearing those tacky tom boy clothes that I don't want her wearing, with that stupid FOX shirt and a leather jacket to top it off!

Amy's P.O.V) I walked over to me dad and gave him a big hug, "you look beautiful" my dad said in my ear. I looked over at my mom and she was giving me a disgusted look, then walked out of the house and into the car, my dad and I following behind her, my dad got in the drivers seat and I got in the back and we drove off.
