Chapter 3

I was sitting with Josh when he was wondering about Sam so he called out to her
"Sammy!"
"Whaat?"
"Wanna Help Me Get The Fire Going?"
"Well I Just Getting Into The Bath."
"Oh Do You Need Any Help With That?"
After hearing Josh say that I playfully punched him in the arm
"Owwww! Blake!"
"Hardee Har"
Chris and Ash also laughed when I punched him in the arm
I then called out for Sam and told her that you can stay up here while the rest of us go look around. Chris and Ash went and looked for a Ouija Board while me and Josh went to hook up the hot water for Sam.
"Hey Blake notice how I gave Chris and Ash a mission together? Figured they could use some alone time since everyone wants them to just hook up already"
"I agree. Chris just needs to go for it it's getting on my nerves he's mad if he thinks that she will turn him down"
"I swear they just need a traumatic event to bond over at this rate they'll be in the geriatric ward before Chris makes a move"
You then chuckled and Josh opened the door to the basement and held it open for you
"After you millady"
"Why thanks Mr Washington"
Josh then shut the door behind you and you both went down into the basement
"Hey Blake?"
"Yes Josh? What is it?
"I just haven't had the chance to say thank you for everyone coming back this year. Especially you Blake."
"Your welcome Josh. Besides we're all here for you whatever you need whenever we will all get through this together"
"I want us to have a good time you know"
You then give Josh a small hug and went down the set of stairs and he opened the doors to the heaters wires or whatever it was you really weren't quite sure
"Sorry to drag you down into the bowels"
"Just get me some hot water and Sam will be a lot better"
"Plus I wouldn't want you coming down here on your own"
"It's not to bad"
"Not a place to be here on your own"
Josh then playfully poked your shoulders making you jump a second. You then noticed a baseball bat in the door and you picked it up
"Hey I remember this. It's the bat Matt, Mike, You, and Me used when we had that mini baseball tournament with"
"Oh Yeah. Yeah we totally lost that tournament to. You made the mistake of not teaming up with Matt otherwise we wouldn't have been in such a disadvantage"
"Aww come on Josh it wasn't a total one-sided game"
You then placed the bat near a box full of what seemed to be movie props
"Anyways were supposed to be fixing this bad boy right?"
Josh then went to go and fix some wires and place them in the right places
"Hey Blake can you hold the light so I can see what I'm doing?"
"Sure Josh I was about to ask if you could see anyway"
As you were shining the light you heard a noise
"What was that?"
"What was what?"
"Blake just shine it here so I can see what I need to fix okay?"
You accepted it and decided to do it despite hearing noises you tried to ignore them but it was very difficult
"Nice one Blake."
"Now we just got to increase the water pressure before we get the boiler fired up"
"Sounds a bit complicated Josh"
"It's actually pretty simple"
You didn't know what to do so you just turned the red thing and as you saw a light which looked like the power switch you decided to press the other switch which caused a huge noise to go off
"Whoa! What the hell did I just do?"
"That's more like it!"
"Alright. Five Babe!"
He held out his hand for you to you give him a high five so you gave him a high five and then he pulled you in right after the high five taking  advantage of your hand holding his and held you. He then pulled you closer and kissed you on the lips
"Blake... I missed this. Just you and me together. I know we're still dating but we haven't done anything like this in awhile."
"Yeah. Me to Josh"
Josh then let go of the embrace and went to close the doors and soon after you heard another noise
"Okay seriously what the hell is that?"
"It could be a lot of things honey. And none of them are nice" He said that and then pulled you into him from behind
"Hey quit it Josh" You said that while laughing
Josh then laughed to
"I'm just Joshing you."
"Har De Har Har Josh"
"You were really freaked out Blake."
"I was not that freaked out Josh. I didn't pull a Ashley and freak out and scream for Chris or you the whole time"
You both then heard the noises again
"Okay so you hear it to?"
"Josh?"
"What?"
"It sounds weird like it's weirdly regular?
"Nothing regular about it"
"Hey. Josh I'll go check it out you stay here okay?"
You then walked to check out the noise when all of a sudden a guy dressed in robes and a killer mask jumped out in front of you.
"HOLY SHIT WHAT THE HELL?!"
You and Josh started running. While running you pulled down two mattresses and then knocked down a trash can to hold off and knock down the guy. Both of you then tried to knock down or slam open the door.
"Why the fuck are all these doors looked Josh?!"
"To keep out strangers"
The guy then randomly said Ayyyyyyy.
"What? What the hell?"
"Ayyyyyy. You just got monked"
"Nice One Man." Josh said while laughing
"Why would you do that you putz?!"
"Josh were you in on this?!"
"No but I wish I was that was great"
"I'm not going to admit your pranks and jokes have any humour to them. Because they don't."
"Holy Crap Blake. You were scared."
"I was not!"
"What in gods name are you wearing"
"I have found my true calling" Chris said while performing a cross
"Please tell me your going to take a vow of silence" Ashley said while performing praying hand gesture
Chris then started making noises and hand gestures without having to speak
You then scoffed and then whispered to Josh
"I guess that scavenging mission didn't work."
"I'm going to get some food and then get some movies cause I'm going to watch some movies tonight"
"See Ya!"
