August "Ice" Simons is a detective working on a serial killer case.
The twist: the man Agent Simons has been chasing, is himself.
When ever he blacks out (which is constantly, as he his a heavy drinker) he becomes a dark, intelligent serial killer who is capable of recalling everything his detective form did the previous day to catch him.
