I stared at Dylan's face.

"Ano na naman? Don't tell me napa trouble ka sa cafeteria? Nako Dylan ha, yan na ang sinasabi ko. We're not going to help you out this tim—"

"Hep! Stop your nonsense sis, this is what I'm trying to say!" He turned his back at me saka binuksan ang tv.

"..this happens 18 hours ago. Two grown up bodies of men we're found at the old and abandoned building which is exactly right here. Lasog lasog ang katawan, naka labas pa ang mga organs nito at talaga namang karumal dumal talaga. Let's go and ask the Head of Crime development about his statement regarding this." Inilapat sa isang lalaking nasa mid 40's ang camera. Sobrang daming flash sa paligid. I think I've seen him somewhere.

"Sir, what can you say about this?"

"Sino ang may gawa nito? May suspek na po ba kayo?"

"We can't disclose anything as of now, but I can only say one thing. Kung sino man ang may gawa ng karumal dumal na bagay na ito, sisiguraduhin namin na mapaparusahan ito at kung maaari ay higit pa sa death penalty ang ipapataw dito..."

"Pano naman yung sinasabi ng iba na baka bampira o supernatural ang sanhi nito?"

I saw how the man stiffened.

"Those are just baseless rumors. Please believe on the result we'll have after this investigation to prevent misunderstandings. That would be all."

News flashed a gruesome scene in front of the camera. Too gruesome to the point na siguro kung normal na tao lang ako, ay kanina ko pa isinuka lahat ng kinain ko.

May dalawang patay at lantang katawan ng lalaki ang naka bitay sa abandonadong gusali hindi malayo kung nasaan ang skwelahan. Warak na warak ang katawan nito na ani mo'y hindi tao ang gumawa... well, I actually think its not.

Both their faces were so pale too.

"Why does it looks like their blood was suck out of their body?" I stared at Dylan.

"Shit. No way." Bulong ko dahilan para mapunta sa akin ang atensyon ng dalawa.

"What is it?" Kabadong tanong ni Luhan saka ako hinawakan sa magkabilang braso.

"Something really bad is going to happen." I replied and walked towards the window.

What the hell is going on? I don't think what happened is just a mere coincident.

"We have to call home now." Wika ni Dylan.

"No, we can't." Pag pigil ko.

"Bu—"

"I have to figure this out first. Something's not right here." Putol ko sa nais sanang sabihin ni Luhan.

"As of now, we have to stay low and avoid suspicions. I don't think the Holy See isn't watching us." Kumunot naman ang noo ng dalawa.

"What do you mean?"

"I saw a man early this morning. I found him hiding underneath those trees from the back forest of the school while I was doing my morning exercise. I followed him, was about to confront him since I did captured him, but he's suddenly gone." I explained.

"Like what gone?"

"He was engulfed by a very dark mist. I don't know." I shrugged. The both of them were suddenly fell into a deep thinking.
