"Maybe it's in the gutter, where I left my lover. What an expensive fate. My V is for Vendetta. Thought that I'd feel better, but now I got a bellyache." - Bellyache by Billie Eilish

I tell Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle that it was fine, I will be fine as I step out of the portrait to meet with Potter, Harry Potter with those gorgeous green eyes which are like staring into little drops of emeralds, he is bringing me this muggle book to see if I will like it all because I have expressed a slight interest in muggle culture as I grew up only knowing the wizarding world.

I catch a glimpse of Harry, a simple worn-down book in his slender hand I believe that the book is titled A Tale of Two Cities.

"Thank you Harry... it means a lot to me that you would bring me this book." My eyes slowly run over every inch of his lean body.

"It's alright, I didn't mind. It gave me a reason to get out of the Gryffindor house. Oh you can keep the book if you want. I wrote in the cover. I hope you don't mind," he whispers a little bit of nervousness in his soft voice.

"Are you sure it was no big deal?" I am  quiet as I speak to this angel of a man.

"Yes Draco now go back to your common room and read the book. It's my favorite by the way."

"If you recommend it I'm sure I'll love it."

"I hope you do. Now, good-bye Malfoy... I'll see you around."

"Later, Potter." A smile creeps on my face as he turns away from me. I turned the other way and walked into my common room.

"Does Draco have a little crush on the Potter boy?" teased Vincent as Gregory sneered.

"Is there something the matter with it if I do?" I sass back but I am serious, I mean is there really a problem with my sexuality. "Is there something wrong with the fact that I'm gay?"

"No it's that you're gay for Potter," Gregory confirmed my fears.

"If you don't like who I'm interested in you can kiss my ass and explain to your parents why I dropped you as friends, and I'm quite  sure they won't be too happy with that happening." I smirked clearly proud of myself. "Basically what I'm saying is stay out of my relationships and I'll stay out of yours."

"Sorry Draco, we were out of order. Right Vincent?" Gregory was near tears.

"That is correct Gregory." Vincent nodded his head roughly and quickly.

"Now excuse me while I go to my room and read. If this conversation comes up again we will not be friends anymore."

"It won't come up again... we're terribly sorry," Vincent spoke softly.

"Good. Now later boys."

I sat down on my bed with the book open looking over his sloppy cursive that read :
'Dearest Draco Malfoy,
I know you only asked for this book so you would be sure you got to see me again. Well, I guess it worked because I gave you the book. I don't know what you were thinking.... but I really do hope you enjoy this book because it's my favorite book. But by all means keep this copy... my mom will always get me a new copy.
With love,
Harry Potter'

I chuckle softly my hand tracing over the words, I'm crazy for a boy with messy black hair and emerald gems for eyes, what will my parents say... should I even tell them? I ponder to myself about how I will tell my parents or if I would wait until he, hopefully, comes home with me during one of the breaks throughout the school year.
