Also, YN is a human :p

"Kid, where are you going?" Batzz asked, narrowing his eyes at Gao Mikado, The Mighty Sunfighter.

"Batzz? I'm not going anywhere," Gao replied, grinning. "Baku, Kuguru, Noboru, Gaito, Kanata, Tasuku and the others are coming over."

"Kitten shirt?" Chibi Panda asked. Gao nodded. "The others? Aren't those it?" Batzz looked up, puzzled, counting his fingers.

"Ku, Kiri, YN and even Guru!" the Sunfighter exclaimed with a wide grin. "YN?" Batzz and Chibi Panda queried at the same time.

"Teehee, you'll see her later," Gao looked out of his room balcony and saw some of the mentioned people. "Uh! They're here already!"

   "Hurry up, Batzz, Chibi Panda!"

"Big Boss!" Chibi Panda exclaimed, looking over his shoulder to look at Batzz. "I don't take orders!" Batzz stormed out of the room, enraged.

"Excuse us," was what Gao, Batzz and Chibi Panda kept on hearing as more and more people flowed into their house.

"Thanks for hosting... Whatever party this is..." a voice from an unfamiliar female sounded. "Excuse her, she is always very rude."

"Kanata! Your friend did come!" Gao looked at the unfamiliar girl to Kanata. "Hey, you're YN, right?" he peered into her face as it was covered by her hair. "Hey," she bluntly answered.

"YN, huh... What an interesting human..." Batzz murmured while watching YN follow Kanata to sit around the coffee table. "Big Boss?"

"YN, please stop that," Kanata pleaded to YN as he watched her pet Athora on the belly. "It's okay, Kanata," Athora said while trying to push YN's hand away from his belly. "Buddies are so cute," YN muttered, finally saying something normal but still blunt.

"Buddies are to be taken seriously!" Batzz roared from the other side of the room. YN looked at Batzz, startled, and she bowed down. "S-sorry, Batzz."

Batzz went silent and everyone watched YN. 'Briiing!' someone's phone went off. Everyone checked their phones. "Sorry," YN's monotone voice turned into a worrisome one when she picked up her phone and went into the Aikijujitsu hall to pick it up.

Batzz unconsciously followed YN into the training hall.

"Really? I guess I need to leave, then," Batzz heard YN say on the phone. "Bye." She placed her phone in her pocket and turned around in surprise due to seeing Batzz. "Who's that?" Batzz asked with a commanding tone in his voice.

YN lifted an eyebrow, confused at why he had asked. Although she was confused, she still answered. "My mom. I need to leave now," she sighed, "The day I want to hang out with my friend is the day I need to be busy."

Batzz stared at her curiously and ran toward her. "Hey, stop. Wha-why?" he paused for a moment because he saw tears filling up in her eyes. YN bent down as Batzz hugged her. "Dad got into an accident..."

Batzz eyes looked up at YN's EC orbs that were searching for answers in his. "I have no time to lose." YN ran into the living room and announced that she had to leave because of personal reasons.

She left and Batzz made a beeline behind her. 'Why am I doing this? She's just an interesting mere human. I should turn back-'

"B-Batzz-kun? Why are you followimg me?" a certain sweet voice drifted into his thoughts. He went silent and started to blush. "Let me follow you."

Both of them headed towards the nearby hospital where YN's father was resting at and when up the elevator to his room floor. "YN!" a female who looked similar to YN, YN's mother, called out to her. "It was just a minor injury."

Batzz heard YN sigh in relief as she heard the good new coming straight out of her mother's mouth. "T-this is my new friend, Batzz. Batzz, this is my mom," YN said.

'Friend? We only just met! This girl is just like Gao!' Batzz thought, staring straight into YN's eyes. "Batzz?" Batzz nodded quickly, worried that YN might have noticed him daydreaming about her.

"Mom, I'll bring Batzz back to his house because he just suddenly followed me from our 'gathering'," YN's mom nodded, glancing cautiously at Batzz.

While walking back to Gao's house.....

"W-why did you follow me..?" YN suddenly murmured after a long moment of silence. "You're interesting, just like the kid," Batzz replied bluntly, but at least it was true.

"Kanata's interesting... Why don't you follow him instead?" YN said back, making it sound more like an argument rather than a plain remark.

Well, it was true, Batzz had no answer to that. He suddenly fell silent. "Am I different from those other mere interesting humans?" YN continued asking with a hint of amusement in her voice. "You caught me-" Batzz felt a rain drop touch his cheek. Immediately, both Batzz and YN looked up into the sky.

"It's raining," YN murmured and pulled up her hoodie while grabbing Batzz and placing him on her shoulders, under her hood. "It's oka-" Batzz got cut off again.

"Batzz, I don't mind," YN finally flashed a smile for once and that smile was deeply carved into Batzz's mind. "YN..."
"I love the rain," YN whispered, still smiling.

"YN, I know we really didn't know each other before this day but..... When I first saw you, I thought you were rather... Interesting."

The rain continued to patter at a faster rate and YN quickly ran to take cover and she took Batzz off her shoulders.

The rain finally stopped and YN quickly wore her hoodie again.

   "I like you."

YN looked down at Batzz bewilded. "Not as friends but..." "I wanted to say that too," YN said, tears forming in her eyes. "I like you."

From that day on, every chance thay got, they would start chatting with each other. And as a reminder for their first confession to each other, they enjoy walking at parks after it rained to see the familiar water droplets that were there when they confessed to each other.
