Mr. Romantic ~2~

Maia POV

I woke up and Leah was still sleeping. I was going to wake her up, but I decided to just let her sleep in. I was going to text my boyfriend, but it was still early and I didn't want to bother him if he was still sleeping. I was just lying on my bed thinking of how I first met him...

~flashback~

"Hey!" I hear someone yell from behind me, I turn around and I see the boy who sits across from me in Spanish. "Your Maia right?"

"Yeah," I say quitetly. I didn't really know him, and I was a natrually shy person.

"You don't have to be shy," he says moving my hair out of my face, I instantly blushed at what he did. It was really cold outside, and I was freezing. I guess I'm not very good at concealing my feelings because he gave me his jacket. I smiled "Ahh!! There's that beautiful smile I always see in spanish," he says with a huge smile spreading across his face.

"Haha. Well, Mr. Romantic, are you gonna tell me your name?" I say suddenly, not feeling shy anymore.

"Brooks, Jai Brooks..." he says, acting cool. I couldn't help but laugh at his gesture. After a while of talking, I found out that he had a twin brother and they were both 17, and I told him that I was 16 and I had a sister who was a couple months older than me.I realized that I enjoyed his company. Before I knew it, I found out that he tricked me into letting him walk me home because I looked away from him and saw my house in front of me. I looked at him and he smirked, I tried to keep a straight face, but I ended up laughing anyways. He stopped by the stop sign in front of my house, but before I walked away, he asked me if I wanted to get 'smoothies or something.' I just nodded my head yes and with that, I ran across the street and went inside.

Ever since then, I have been going out with Jai, the cutest guy in the world. I've met Jai's twin brother a couple of times; he's pretty cool and really funny. Leah only hangs out with me and Jai she's never met Luke. Lost in my thoughts, I didn't hear Leah calling me until she threw a pillow across the room and it hit me in the face. I turn my face to look and her with a death glare. I was still sitting on my bed and so was she, but she was laughing so hard she nearly fell off. When she was done mocking me, she asked me if I wanted to go get something for lunch since it was past breakfast time. I look at my watch and see that it is already eleven o'clock. Dang! I guess I was so deep in thought that I lost track of time. I nodded, indicating that I was up for some lunch, and with that we started unpacking our bags to find our outfits.
