Chapter Forty

--Sammy's POV--
It has been over seven months since I had inadvertantly ruined my teenage life. Tiny, scrawny and hopelessly in love with a Werewolf. Now, newly graduated eighteen years old and pregnant with not one but two of said werewolf's children.

Granted I was really mature and Werewolf procreate around this age but I am only a ex human hunter. I have an overextended family with my brother and his husband with an unfortunately rapid growing daughter, Estelle had inherited a genetic mutation that is quite common in werewolves that in the short months of her life she was the size of a four year old with the intelligence of a six year old.

Angelo had shacked up with Brandon the Alpha doctor and moved out to live with him which left Claude and Cedric's father,Felix, Grace, Arianna as well a new addition of little Angeles whose health had improved significantly and the set of japanese-american triplets Sora, Shiro and Sakuya who had briefly been forming Alllies with Japanese Werewolf Packs

Where's Cedric in all of this? I don't know, he disappeared into the night when I had fallen ill two months into the pregnancy which he might I add had an obvious part in also. That was two months ago and everything became so much harder to bear despite the support of so many people.

My parents though, My mother had met her granddaughter in secret from my father and sobbed with anger at my current state not because I had become pregnant she was overjoyed by that but the fact that I had been abandoned which sent her into a blind fury.

"Uncle Sammy, are you okay?"

I looked up from my journal at Estelle's beautiful green-gold eyes peered up over the edge of the bed at me curiously "You're crying. I have tissues" She pushed a tissue box up onto the bed and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Thank you my sweet girl, just thinking of your Uncle." I leaned over the best I could to lift her up onto the bed.

"Daddy doesn't believe it but I still think Uncle Ric still loves you as well as Ying and Yang"

"I hope that he does, The scouts have been looking for months. I hope he's okay and that he comes home someday" I sighed petting her long dark hair softly.

"Well he's gotta come back before the babies come! They gotta meet him" She pouted casting her eyes down to the larger curve of my stomach "Does it hurt because you're skinny Uncle Sammy?"

"Yeah, I have a special illness that makes my bones weak. So having two babies makes my bones hurt and they can possibly break if they grow like you did" I sat the book aside and shifted among the blankets.

"Oww, that must hurt. Did I hurt Daddy?"

"Sometimes, and now we know why because you suddenly grew. But the special gene doctor said you should stop growing as fast for a while" I lifted my arm as she tucked herself against my side.

"How come you're so young Sammy? You're only little too"

"Ah, well I'm a special hybrid so I am not technically supposed to be able to have babies. But werewolves are very special creatures. Werewolves actually do start having babies young so that they can have a big pack like this so that they don't have to go find other werewolves."

"Oh. Have you seen Uncle Silas since Uncle Cedric left?"

"It seems that he has trouble making himself visable to people, he seems to be weakened which worries me all the more" I gulped swallowing past the lump in my throat.

"What about your friends? Aunt Willow and Uncle Wesley?"

"They've been out searching for Cedric too, they've been in touch.Grandpa Gus is with them too, which is why Grandpa Claude is not as bubbly." I chuckled sinking down further into the pillows.
