3 minutes till last period ends
you thought to yourself.

"ugh, bio is like the longest subject." you complained to your best friend who was sitting next to you.

you stopped listening to the prof and you laid your head down the table. the next thing you know — the bell rang.

you let all the excited classmates go out first, it's not like anyone's waiting for you anyway.

you and your friends already bid goodbyes, and you were left alone.

you were walking out of the building when you saw a car, right in front of the gate.

you saw a broad man, standing in front of you and it was Peniel.

your best friend who moved away when you graduated high school.

"oh my god, you're back?"
"only a little, i'll be going back to seoul next week." his expression changed.
"then, let's enjoy today!" you smiled and hugged him.
"i missed you, lil one." he held your chubby cheeks and pinching it.

you both decided to eat lunch at a chinese restaurant. you offered to pay but he said it was his treat for his old friend.

a friend.

for you, he was more than a friend. he was your other half. you did everything together until you graduated. you might have fallen for him even.
