You were going home from a tiring day of work when you heard your phone. It was your boyfriend, Minhyuk.

jagi;
are you on your way now? what time will you go home?

you;
yes jagi, i might reach home 10 minutes from now?

jagi;
ah, okay. i'll wait for you :)

You felt suspicious because Minhyuk normally just waits for you to come home and not text you. But you slipped that off of you mind because you told yourself not to overthink anymore.

You were already at the gate and were struggling to find your keys when you noticed it was already opened. You went in and at your surprise, it was a birthday party Minhyuk had planned.

Your birthday was 2 days ago, but Minhyuk couldn't make it since he was promoting their new comeback album.

"SAENGIL-CHUKHA Y/N!" Your friends and the members shouted. You were overwhelmed and felt tears streaming down your cheeks.

"Saengil-chukha, jagi! I love you!" he said causing you to tear up.
"Aren't you happy? Why are you crying?" you saw him go towards you and made a sad face with his lips. he hugged you, touching your waist and your face inches apart.

"Yah! I told you to rest! You didn't have to do this," you pushed his chest. His grip was tighter, and without caution, his lips collided with yours.
