Pain holds the human back no one should be held back for it keeps from learning and I will not be the one who is held back by pain I will learn to deal with it though it hurts I will learn to tolerate it even if it proves difficult at first I will learn to leave the past in the past and leave all pain and feeling with the past I will forget the meaning of love and feelings if it means not being held back
