       The Beautiful Nightingale
 Love  Snow

The Kingdom of Beifang is still marvelous underneath the heat of the blazing sun.

It was almost the end of summer and fall will be next to arrive before the cold of the long winter nights.

As the people knew of the changing seasons in their kingdom even despite the hot temperature today. They were busy stocking food and wood, pilling some thick fur coats, and just continued doing their daily chores as usual.

They want to be ready in preparing for the upcoming winter that they could not predict because the changing weather was too unstable to know and may come a day early or late.

Most people of Beifang weren't fond of the coldness of the winter because it will not be easy working outdoors. They much prefer the moderate warm temperature and cloudy days just like the spring. However, some of them love the snowy days where the white flakes fall down slowly from the clouds covering their surroundings while drinking hot cocoa inside of their homes just to ease up the cold of the winter and our Empress is one of them, he loves the snow so much.

"Your Highness! Please wait. This servant will be scolded by His Majesty if He knows that you're sneaking out the palace's walls again" called a maid in distress, following their Male Empress who is sneakily hiding from the palace guards.

"Don't worry. I won't let you scolded by His Majesty. It's just that I wanted to see the first snowfall of today" he said softly towards to his maid.

This little maid is one of the maids in the palace who is very in favored by their Empress despite being a male.

Everyone in the Kingdom of Beifang didn't expect this to happened at first. A male to be an Empress is very surprising yet everyone is in favored of Niao Yeying.

After seeing how the Empress loves them genuinely by always checking them up on their work, rewarding them with gold when their harvests are good, helping the fishermen to purchase good boats and the Male Empress loves children so much that he personally teach them. With the results that the children discovered their talents at an early age.

The Emperor is so happy with his wife. His Majesty loves His beautiful Nightingale so much. Together they'll make the Kingdom of Beifang rose up to the heavens.

The maid frowned and replied the Empress "But Your Highness, the sun is high up from the skies and the fall hadn't arrived yet. The winter might come late this year, Your Highness" then slowly tugged the royal robe that Niao Yeying wears "Let's go back, Your Highness" she's very worried for her Empress and she didn't bother herself if the Emperor would scold her as long as Her Empress won't be in trouble.

Niao Yeying stops and turns to look at his little maid. He smiles and patted his head assuring her "Do not worry Koi. His Majesty would not find out that I am gone. It's just a little glimpse of the snowfall then we will return. Even though the sun is up, the winter must be here any minute because the fall is today. See the leaves of that tree. It's turning orange but because of the heat of the sun, it didn't fall. The weather works magically sometimes" he explained. The maid sure noticed all the leaves of the tree that is standing at the center of the Emperor's garden. "You are right, Your Highness. But..." before she could complained again "Come. Let us go" the Empress pulled her happily and both hurriedly to his lovely tree.

Reaching to his tree at the water's edge just below the Emperor's beautiful garden.

Niao Yeying moved his hands to caress the hard skin of wood. He misses this friend of his that accompanies him while singing secretly. "I am sorry. I haven’t visited you as often" he whispered.

He averted his eyes toward the ocean. Its waters glistening underneath the sun but then noticed the clouds moving, conspiring with each other transparently, if a person didn't look twice of the changing then they won't find out of what was happening.

A beautiful smile written on the red lips of Niao Yeying. He parted his lips and started to sing a lovely tone. As if he is beckoning the first snow to fall.

The maid is listening behind the Male Empress. "Oh dear heavens. I love to listen His Highness beautiful voice" she whispers and didn't expect that someone powerful was hiding behind her, who was secretly following the beautiful Nightingale.

"I love it too" he whispered enough the little maid to hear.

Upon noticing the familiar voice and the presences behind her. She took peeked behind and grasped to see who it was. She almost kneeled before the Emperor stops her, "Leave us. I'll be with my Empress. Tell the royal guards to guard the passageway and no one will disturb us" he ordered and the little maid nodded her head, leaving the two leaders of Beifang.

The voice of the Nightingale swiftly tangled itself with the wind. Calling and welcoming winter and it called back by letting the beautiful man see the first fall snow gliding its ways to fall on the white fair hands of the Empress.

Niao Yeying stops singing "Koi. See, I told you. There would be snow today" he said then he jolted when a familiar presences hugs behind him and strong arms warped to his slender hips.

A voice came to his ear that made Niao Yeying blush "Your words are true. I wouldn't doubt you, my love, but you are a very stubborn bird. Sneaking away from the palace walls." the man chuckled.

Niao Yeying pouted and look up to his husband behind him "You won't let me go out for a second, love. I did tell you last night but you are a shameless man who won't listen to me and just ravish me all night. And is still hurt below" he whispered the last sentence embarrassed.

The Emperor laugh and rubbed his wife’s sore butt, "Forgive me, I just can't help to taste you last night. Licking every part of your body is a blessing" he said huskily. Niao Yeying blush and replied with a "Hmp. Such a shameless man" then slapped the naughty hands away from his butt.

Da Guang didn't let go of his hug on His Empress and snuggle to his wife's neck, kissing it lightly "Let us go back and make an announcement that winter has come" looking up to the skies where the sun is slowly fading away and the little white flakes raining down bit by bit.

Niao Yeying nodded his head happily "I love you" he kissed the cheek of the man who captured his heart.

The Emperor isn't satisfied by the kiss on the cheek so he returns it with a deep kiss on the lips of His Empress. He hear his wife moan and that satisfied him "I love you too" he replied then led His blushing Empress, who was scolding him again for being shameless, back to their magnificent palace as the snow continuously falls on the Kingdom of Beifang.
