The Awakening

Chapter 2

My heart started to race as i thought to myself "Am I going to die here?"

I tried to take my mind off of it but the outcome was never in doubt.

"Cat got your tounge, maybe we should make her talk?"

"How do you plan on doing that, she'll probably escape?" They continued this back and forth while I thought of a plan on getting out of here. Then it me, I kicked both of them in their shins and ran off.

"After her, oh wait I already said that, but still after her." One shouted

"Oh come on man I just got kicked in the shin, can you at least give me a break?"

"Ok, but it's your funeral." With a faint laugh they continued to chase after me.

I thought I had lost them until. Bammm!! I hit straight into someones chest.

"Gotcha." One of them grabbed both of my arms and handcuffed them.

"Let me go!!" I screamed

"What is going on here?" A man came out from behind a tree with a questionable look on his face

"This the person that you were looking for boss." As the stranger  spoke they looked down at the floor.

"Look at me when I am talking to you boy!"

"Y..yes sir?" You could hear the fear and quiver in his voice

"I thought you said you wouldn't be the one getting yelled at?" He burst out laughing

"Shut up you idiot!" The other stranger smacked him across his head

I could see the keys hanging out of the guys  pocket.

"And you...." I jumped from his voice because I was deep into thought.

"Huh...." Believe me I was frightened,but I wouldn't let that show because then they could find my weakness.

"What about me?"

"Where is it?"

"Where's what"

"Don't get smart with me, you know exactly what I'm talking about."

"I honestly have no idea what on earth you're talking about."

"The crystal!!"

"You don't have to yell at me, I don't know where it is or what it is. Can I go home now?"

"If you won't cooperate the we'll make you. Take her to the dungeon."

"What?!" My whole face started to flush thinking what would be my next move.

They dragged into a deep day place that looked like many people had died in it.

"You know you would be a lot cuter if you didn't talk so much."

I just rolled my eyes at him and carried on.

"Come on lightin up,it's not that bad."

"That bad? I'm in place where who knows, I just got kidnapped, and you call that fine?!"

"My god did you really have to yell that hurt my ears."

"Good."

"At first I was going to give you good, but after that not anymore."

"That's fine with me I don't want your ditty food anyway."

"We have passed several health inspections and got A' s."

"Can you leave!?"

"Fine then."

My stomach started to growl.

"I really shouldn't gave yelled at him, oh well. Now to figure out how to get out of here."
