The Awakening

Chapter 5

"What did you do to me!" I shouted

"This isn't my fault you were the one that brought us here!" He shouted back

I paced back and forth thinking about how to manage the situation, until finally.

"This isn't working!" I shouted

"You mean pacing back forth, because that is so going to help us out here."

"I don't see you coming up with any ideas either."

We were to busy arguing that we didn't even notice that someone walked in.

*cough

We both turned around to find out that it was the new student.

"Are you two dating?"

"No!"

"Yes"

I looked at Jackson who only gave me a shrug of his shoulders.

"He's just my friend."

"So does that mean that I still have a chance with you."

"Yes, wait what!"

"Nothing."

"Oh and by the way why is your hand glowing!"

He started to freak out so I quickly hid my hand behind my back.

"Oh it's umm nothing." I was never a great liar to be honest.

"Can I take a look at it?"

At first is was shocked at his very unpredictable response.

"I rather you'd not."

"I know what your going thorugh."

"I don't think you do it's a pretty crazy story which I think you'd love to hear in a few years." As I headed towards the door he blocked my path.

"Let me guess you couldn't see your own reflection then you got teleported to a different world and now this."

"How the-"

"Like i said I know what you're going through l."

"I hate to break up the flirting going on right now, but i would rather talk about this in a more private area."

Somehow we ended up at an old theme park.

"This place gives me the creeps."

Jackson stopped dead in his tracks.

"What's wrong?"

"Shhh" he pointed forward to what seemed like a bear but it was too skinny to be one.

We silently backed up, but me and my clumsy self stepped on a twig.

It turned it's head toward our direction and made a howling noise.

We were surrounded everywhere we looked there were more of those things.

"What do we do?"

"I don't know but we better found out and fast."
