Chapter Eight- *Fading crystals

----*Perspective of Eloise*----

I walked around the streets,the heat pricked my skin.Sweat rushing down my neck.I wanted to know if this is a dream.

Or just broken reality.

Kallisti,this place was difficult to imagine.

The heat felt like hell.

I wanted to get out.

However I was unable to walk my feet out of this place.

First of all,they have no transportation.

Second they have no rivers

Third it's like a prison.once your in you cant get out.

I've been here for a day already,sleeping on the streets.Quite not entertaining.

IN FACT

I WANT TO GET OUT OF THIS PRISON AND ENJOY MY CUP OF TEA AT HOME AND BAKING.

-_- Humph! once im out of this place I'll throw a bread to it and tea glasses.

Or maybe I'll request a free coffee and splatter it all over this four-block-prison-like named Kallisti.

*phone rings*

I took the phone out of my pocket,seeing a voice mail.

"Hello? this is your sister...and.."

The voicemail kept on playing,on and on.

Until something sparked at my head

"Sister? since when do I have a sister?"

I pursed my lips "Nope.Not that I remember" I told myself.

I flipped the phone back to its pocket.

Another message came by,saying it came from a person named Miles...

"Where do these people come from? Tch" I clicked my tongue and rolled my eyes.

But something stung my conscience

They spoke through me in a voicemail like they know me very well,they know my name.

My name....

My name is what?

Tch,I feel a bit dizzy.

"Ma'am,you okay?" a blurry object in front of me placed its hand on my shoulder

"Tch,yeah yeah.just,excuse me!" I bumped into a wall and a water fountain,my hair touching the water.blood dripping slowly to my chin.

What was wrong with me?

"Ma'am!!!" the voice screamed

Until everything turned black

"Ma'am?" a voice awoken me.

I blinked,seeing a light shining in front

"Augh" my voice croaked "You okay ma'am?"

"YOU!" I noticed,my finger pointing to the guy "I guess that's an answer" the guy said

"YOU!!" I swung my feet to the ground "Ma'am,calm down.You're still on a serious matter.Mind you" he replied

I turned around,I was on a bed,a torch right beside me,the medecine seeped through the doors "And where am I?"

"You--"

"Don't tell me,a hospital?" I looked at him,squinting my eyes.

"Apparently ye--"

"For what reason?"

"JESUS CHRIST PLEASE LET ME FINISH MY SENTENCE!" he shrieked,holding his head

I was quiet,I sat down at the bed and crossed both my arms and legs

"Your silly.Alright,go on"

he took out a deep breath and sighed.

"Yes,you're on a hospital.You fainted earlier.Luckily you woke up,bad news is.." he slid his hands to his pockets and showed me a screen

"This screen shows both your mind and body,the body is healthy,I can tell your athletically active.However the results of your mind show a rapid loss of memories."

he showed me a cap

"After a few analyzing while you were asleep.The energy of your brain had formed a crystal.a blue crystal,in fact this is very rare.But considering your health,you're not going to last long.Soon you're going to be an empty human being that continuosly beats its heart without knowing anything."

He frowned "Have you ever known a common syndrome roaming around this land called Havey Crystals?"

"No" i shook my head

"You need an anti bodies to fix this issue.It's very clear that you weren't vaccinated with this since you were born.Surprisingly,this syndrome is very common yet dangerous,its a miracle you weren't affected ever since you were an infant"

he bit his lip and took out cotton buds,placing them at the corner.

"Unless..." his eyes wavered

"You're not born from this world"
