i paced around my house. the house wasn't much, two bedroom, two bath. all i know is that i worked my ass off for it. i started cleaning up the kitchen, as today was september twenty fourth, and i needed to clean for jc. i put the dishes in the sink and started throwing away wrappers and anything that belonged in the trash.

i went up to the sink and started slowly washing the dishes, and putting them on the drying rack. as i finished i heard my phone beep.

jaysee: i can't wait c: it's so close!!!

ki: yeah... i'm cleaning for you so sh.

jaysee: fine. hurry tho

i got back to cleaning and went into the guest bedroom. it's cream walls complimented the purple bedsheets. i went through the room and emptied the trash cans and set out a new candle. i stepped out of the room and closed the door behind me. i went to the living room next, picking out the small wrappers stuffed in between the couch cushions. i dusted around the coffee table, and picked up any trash on the floor. that was my house.

i walked into my room and plopped down on the soft mattress. i unlocked my phone and called jc.

his bright smile lit up my screen and i took in all of his beautiful features. "i see you're done with cleaning?" he said in the slight southern accent he has. i nodded, "the place isn't a mansion," i said sarcastically and grabbed a sucker from my bedside table. i unwrapped it and stuck it in my mouth, "so are you excited?" i asked, my words muffled by the cherry lollipop in my mouth. he nodded, "i'm going to annoy you. enjoy the silence while it lasts."

i shook my head, "then i might as well do this," i said pressing the end call button.

jaysee: you're an ass

ki: i took you literally, duh.

jaysee: you always have, you always will.

ki: you're right about that

jaysee: i'm gonna go walk my dog and ignore you bc you ended the call bye.

ki: have fun ;)
