Chapter 2 ~The Morning~

I woke up with a groan. Not only did I have the flu, but I had the stomach flu. My stomach hurt so much I thought I was dying when I woke up. After crawling to the kitchen and taking some Advil, I went to check my phone. There were only 10 notifications, less than what I normally get. "Just Youtube notifications," I thought as I scrolled through them. I set my phone back down and walked to the bathroom. Ding. "What I got a text," I exclaimed as I ran back into my room. It was from the girls in the group chat we had.

(In the group chat)

Ava- Hey guys

Me- hey

Katie- How you feeling Beth

Me- Dead

Ava- Rip

Katie- Go get some rest

Me- If I can T~T

Izzy- Rip

I set my phone down and went to the bathroom. I don't know why I made an effort to do my hair when all I would do is get it messy again when I went to lay back down on my bed or the couch. Later that day I decided to text Ava to see what she was up to.

(Texting Ava)

Me- Lol hia

Ava- Lol hi

Ava- What's up

Me- Besides being dead nothing

Chip- Um...hi....

Ava- GO AWAY

Me- WAIT WHAT, HOW ARE YOU HERE THIS ISN'T A GROUP CHAT!!!!!

Chip- Um...

Me- Welp I'm done, good bye cruel world!!

Ava- Um...well now that she left....

Chip- .....

Ava- Um...Chip I have something I want to tell you....

Chip- oh..um....what is it....

Ava- Chip.....I-I-I l-l-love y-you....

Ava- THERE I SAID IT I LOVE YOU CHIP I LOVE YOU

Chip- I-I-I....

Ava- .....

Chip- I LOVE YOU TOO

I couldn't believe this was happening! I was practically dying it was so funny!

Me- AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Ava- NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I THOUGHT YOU LEFT!!!!!

Me- AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA I THINK I DIED AHAHAHAHAHA

Ava- 😵

Me- 😂

Me- Ok bye see you at school

Ava- ....I'm all alone in the universe....................well almost ❤️

I couldn't stop laughing for about two hours. My Mom thought there was something wrong with me. When she asked I said yes I am sick. It was true though, I am sick with stomach flu. I was out of school for about three more days. When I went back I wouldn't leave Ava alone about what happened. Chip and Ava acted to weird around each other but were still in love. The funny thing was how mad she was at me after I told everyone in the group chat. I'm a bit scared to go back to school now because she might kill me. Oh well, I guess we will just have to find out.
