I was doing well, but it was getting harder and harder to hide that I was a girl. It all fell apart when I had tried to sneak away to relieve my bladder. I was squatted down by a rock, my hood down -as I was trying to take the moment I thought I was alone- to fix my hair. That's when I heard the yell.

"What the Fu*k" I whipped my head up, saw the man and pulled my pants up in record time. He marched forward grabbed my arm and hurled me to the ground. He knelt by my head and held me down, "What are you doing here girl, all alone, you know what we do to girls who are all alone where they shouldn't be?".

I felt him touched my lower back, that is when I flipped around and managed to knee him in the head.

He fell back and I scrambled to my feet. He was holding his face, his nose bleeding.

"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?!" I heard Mormont yell.

"Shit" I muttered, slowly turning around to face him and many other night's watch members, including my brother.

Mormont sighed, "Lady Snow".

Mormont and Jon had pulled me aside and were talking to me.

Jon was yelling at me more than Mormont was.

"I'm sorry" I said once Jon finished, "I wanted to come..I couldn't just leave"

Jon looked at me angrily.

"Too late to fight about it now, you're here and we can't send your back alone and I'm not wasting men to bring ya back, so you will stay Lady Snow. You've proven you can fight and I'm sure your brother will help watch over ya" Lord Mormont said then walked back to the main camp.

Jon sighed and waited until Mormont was gone then glared at me, "Why Rhae?"

"I had a dream, I was beyond the wall" I walked close to him, "I think I saw Mance Rayder's camp".

He looked at me wide eyes, anger vanished, "What?".

"I saw the camp and we were being brought there by wildlings, I had to come with you" I said.

He nodded, "okay, but stay close with me, you can fight but if too many men jump you they will over power you" He said.

I nodded and we walked back to camp, this time my hood and hair down for all to see.

The next day I was riding with Jon on his horse as he wouldn't have me walking now he knew I was there. We were headed toward Craster's keep.

The horses began to halt and we reached a small clearing in the woods. There was one large building and a few smaller ones scattered about. It was filled with girls..women.

"Why are there only girls?" I ask watching them walk about shying away from any of the night's watch.

"Their his wives" I heard Eddion say.

"Why does he need so many?" Pyp asked

"He marries his daughters and they give him more daughters" Grenn said cringing at it.

I scrunched my face is disgust looking at at the poor girls in a new light.

"What happens to the boys?" Jon asked

"What" me and sam said at the same time.

"If he marries his daughters what does he do with his sons" Jon said.

I thought about it a moment, but I didn't think I wanted to know.

As we walked closer to the main building where Mormont had went Sam commented how he hadn't seen at girl in a long time.

I chuckled, "Sam I'm a girl, you've seen me".

He blushed, "I know but your Jon's sister it's not the same, you are like my sister to".

I smiled at him then followed Jon into the primitive building.

We stood by the doorway as Commander Mormont talked with a plump old man with a ghastly face and unpleasant attitude.

Mormont asks Craster if he has seen uncle Benjen, as he was supposed to pass through here on his way.

Craster said he didn't, he hasn't seen him. There is a pause between the men, I took this time to look up and see that all along the upper landing of the building there were girls of all ages looking down at us.

I was looking at the girls I didn't notice that Craster was looking at the men that followed Commander Mormont into the tent and he saw me.

"Now you're not one of my daughters" He said, his voice making me flick my head to him, "You're too pretty to be one of mine, what is the night's watch doing, enlisting pretty little girls" Craster laughed to Mormont. Jon stepped closer to me.

"I suppose you and your men....and woman will want a place to stay the night" Craster turned serious after his laugh.

"I don't want any of those boys near my daughters, don't even talk to em" He said

Mormont complied, "They won't do anything, we follow your rules".

Craster nodded, "Good, they can huddle down here, near the fire. The pretty crow can sleep up with my daughters, she's the only one who can" He paused after his offer "maybe she'll like it and stay" His eyes glazing over my body.

My face pulled tight in disgust and I walked out of the tent, done with anything else this man had to say.

My brother was off doing his own thing, I saw him sharpening his sword earlier, but It was darker now and I didn't know where he had gone. Most of the men were in the building where Craster allowed us to stay. I was sitting with Grenn and Pyp, Sam and Eddison not far from us.

Grenn and I were playing a game of chicken, our hands out. My palms facing up and his down. His goal was to hit my hands, mine was to pull away before he did.

So far he was winning. He managed to get just my fingertips this time and I protested "No I was so close, can't that count" They laughed at me.

The laughter was interrupted by some shouting, from Craster. I saw him push my brother into the tent, exclaiming he wants us gone.

Mormont talks to Craster and calms him enough. He then pulls Jon outside to talk to him. I watched as the tense Craster walked somewhere further in the tent and others began to calm down again.

"I wonder what Jon did" Pyp said quietly.

I didn't say anything I simply watched to fabric door that lead outside.

"Rhae..Rhaenna" I softly heard a voice but It wasn't registering in my head. I felt a light slap on my hands, that were still palms up. I slowly moved my head to look at Grenn.

"Lost in thought" He said looking at me in my eyes.

I laugh and pull my hands back suddenly, just as he tried to hit them again. I cheered in triumph.

We all fell into sleep peacefully, thankful we were leaving Craster's keep tomorrow morning.
