People age all the time. According to anyone, no matter their age, people die at some point, and it's unavoidable. That's why people make the most of their time alive...
However, if someone lived in the town of Eracess, they'd give another opinion.
Eracessians hate the thought of aging. They don't care about memories, about growing up, or using their time wisely while they're able to. Cecelia Eracess, the scientist who our town was named after, decided to do something no one thought of doing- repeating everything she did the day before.
Of course, people were beyond shocked when Cecelia stayed the same age, not aging a single second from when she started to repeat her actions. More and more people decided to follow Cecelia's footsteps, and before the entire town started to repeat itself, our town was renamed as Eracess and Cecelia received a Nobel Prize in Physics and Biology.
Before long, the entire town was repeating everything they did. Of course, they couldn't let their kids repeat everything- the government wouldn't allow that. So Cecelia modified her new law of Time. Now, kids will age until 18 by not repeating their actions. To know when their child will turn eighteen, parents are to count exactly 6,570 "days" that pass by.
Specifically, parents need to count exactly 6,570 times that November 1st starts and ends.
