I walked upstairs with Cara as we were heading to bed, she walked into her room, I followed, she turned around as she realised I was following her, "what are you doing?" Cara asked, I sighed, "I have to go" I looked down at Cara, who looked like me; hair, eyes and skin were the same, but her eyes had more brown than mine did,
"What do you mean?" Cara asked, raising her eyebrow, I sat down at her desk, "I'm going back to Canada" I replied and her eyes widened, "b-but... Y-you... You said..." Cara trailed off, "that I would stay for 4 months... I know." I nodded, "but I can't... Cara, I never felt at home here and 4 months would drive me insane, I need to go home" I admitted, "but you are home!! This has always been home!!" Cara yelled and I covered her mouth with my hand, "you're wrong Cara, six years ago, you were seven, you wouldn't have known anything, mom and dad hated me; they still do, we disagree on everthing, they despised me because I liked music and was terrible at everything else but art, they act like they love me because of you, they want you to be an ideal child, all I ever wanted to be was a rolemodel for you, but I failed, that's why I left when I was 12" I explained and Cara hugged me,
"You are my rolemodel, you always have been" Cara cried and I hugged her back, "I never knew mum and dad hated you" Cara shook her head, "Cara... I promise you, I'll come back as often as I can to see you" I stood up Cara walked to her bed, I sat on the end of her bed, "I used to sing a song for you every night, you know that?" I asked, Cara shook her head, I smiled and started singing,
Hush now little sister,
You're loved by all you know,
So there ain't no call to worry,
So don't you cry or fret,
I'll always be here for you,
No matter where you areCara smiled and I kissed her forehead, "I'll be gone by morning" I stood up and walked out, "I'll miss you" I whispered but before I closed the door, Cara spoke up, "can I come with you?" She asked and I looked at her, bewildered, "what?" I asked, "back to Canada, can I come?" Cara asked sitting up, "I-I... Why?" I asked, "I hate it here, I want to be with my older sister, I want to be just like you, you can teach me to play music" Cara smiled hopefully, I walked in and grabbed her suitcase, I threw it on the end of her bed, unzipping it, I shook my head,
"Mom and dad are gonna kill me..." I muttered as I threw all her clothes (which were few) into the suitcase, "wait... Are you letting me?" Cara asked, "what do you think?" I asked laughing a bit, "thank you!" Cara squealed as quiet as a mouse, "thank me when we're in Canada, I don't know if we'll get caught" I zipped up her suitcase, "Cara, at 10:30, climb out your window, wait for me outside your window and don't move, understood?" I asked and she nodded, shaking in excitement, I walked out,
"What were you doing?" I froze at mom's voice, "saying goodnight to Cara, what else?" I asked, "get to your room, you have no right to say anything to Cara" mum glared at me and I scoffed, "bitch" I walked to my room.

I heard mom and dad walk past to go upstairs from the lounge room, "10:31" I whispered, I tore off my blankets, I was still dressed in my black shirt that had Illuminate World Tour 2017 written on the back in blue writing, jeans and my black and blue Nike's, I picked up my backpack and suitcase, I opened the window and jumped out, slowly closing it behind me, I ran to the back of the house, Cara was standing there, "what took so long?" Cara asked, "I'm a minute late, get over it, come on" I took her hand and we ran,
The chilly night wind that hit me was a tad relaxing, but I felt so tense and scared, I couldn't relax all that much, we jumped over the fence that surrounded our house, our feet thudding against the ground, my shoes slightly dampening due to the wet grass, I thought of grabbing our bikes, but realized, I'd have to move a lot of things, which would cause a racket and possibly get us caught,
