2. They Don't Understand

-Monday, 5:45pm, Pickering (Toronto)-

"I screwed up..." I wiped the crushed muffin off my face and sighed, "big time" Cameron added, I fell back onto the couch, "I could've pranked her back... But not have done what I did" I frowned, "dude. She's your best friend, she'll forgive you" Jack J smiled,

"I hope." I leant back, "Shawn, it was a prank, Chloe was the biggest prankster in Pine Ridge, you and her made that quite clear, what was that one against the sports teacher?" Nash asked, I laughed, "she made all the sprinters wring their sweaty socks into a bucket, after that, she poured it onto his head and was externally suspended for a month, her mum was pissed off" I reminisced, all the other boys laughed along with me,

"See? Prank Queen, right there! And on my 18th? She threw flour and water balloons at everyone and blamed it on Nash" Hayes shook his head, a grin on his face, I nodded, "and when we had the MAGCON reunion? We were in the middle of performing in front of millions one second and the next we were covered head-to-toe in hot pink paint?" Jack G grinned, "and at Aaliyah's 13th? Chloe said 'if one cannot go to the pool, the pool shall come to one' and water was poured all over us because her friends were in the tree and on roof holding a tarp with water in it? And we didn't realise it?" Matt asked, we all nodded,

"Chloe can't be affected by a prank like ours, because it's so weak compared into her pranks! Even Chloe putting a colored, full-size picture of It into Jade's locker at school" I laughed, remembering Jade running down the hall, screaming about there being a clown in her locker, Chloe and I hiding in the Maths room laughing our heads of, I got a weeks dentention for being an 'accsessory to the prank' after that, but Chloe was given a two weeks dentention, probably making her mum pop a blood vessel,

"Exactly!" Cameron exclaimed, we all smiled, "BOO!!!!!" We all screamed loudly as six bloody clowns jumped up from behind the couches, realising it was six girls wearing clown masks, we calmed down, laughing, they walked around to the sides of the chairs and removed the masks, revealing Camila, Aaliyah, Jade, Chelsea, Kaysha and Chloe,

"Holy shit that was good." Cameron put a hand over his heart, Chloe smirked victoriously, "thanks for the compliments of me being the Prank Queen, that's a title I can live with" Chloe ruffled my hair, I slapped away her hand, "naww... Shawny, don't be upset" Chloe tapped my nose, I pouted and she laughed,

"Prank war, over." Aaliyah stated and Chloe grinned sadistically, she took a water pistol filled with green dyed water in it from her pocket, she began shooting Aaliyah and Camila, "HEY!!!!! WE'RE ON YOUR SIDE!!!!!" Aaliyah screamed,

"EVERY PERSON FOR THEMSELF!!!!!!!!!!!" Chloe laughed, Aaliyah and Camila ran into the kitchen and Chloe sprinted outside, Jack and Jack, Hayes, Matt and I followed Chloe, but when we got outside, we couldn't see her anywhere, I looked around the side of the house,

"Shawn." I looked up and saw Chloe on the roof, I climbed onto the fence and onto the roof, we sat side-by-side, Chloe handed me a water pistol filled with red dyed water, Aaliyah walked past holding a water pistol, Chloe silently crept to the back of the roof and shot Aaliyah, who spun around and looked behind her, seeing nobody, she looked up and Chloe and I moved back before she saw us,

We laughed a bit and climbed up to Chloe's balcony, which was on the top floor.

Sitting outside at Chloe's balcony, looking out over Toronto, playing She'll Be The One on Chloe's electric blue Fender acoustic, made me feel more than happy, I was thinking anout my music and how I was really proud that it turned out the way it did and I was even prouder about all my albums: The Shawn Mendes EP, Handwritten (Handwritten: Original, Revisited and Super Deluxe Edition) and Illuminate ( Illuminate: Super Deluxe Edition)... With another in the progress.
