Like I Did Yesterday

I don't love you like I did yesterday

But don't take it the wrong way

By this I mean I love you more

And all I can do is keep falling in love

Because babe I can't even put into words how much I love you

But it's definitely more than the stars loved to be stared at

And more than clouds loved to bounce together and get stuck

I love you more than the Sun loves the day

And, honey, more than the moon loves the night

And all this love has made me write out these words and be at a loss for them at the same time

Because, doll, I love you.
