the long awaited chapter. happy belated merry christmas to all my readers and supporters out there :--) i had fun writing this chapter so hope you guys love this quite long chap. sorry for the delay! xx drea

REHEARSALS HAVE finally started and I was drop dead excited. It was finally the scene where the royal castle of Ilriya was invaded and I was captured.

"So everyone, are you guys ready to begin the second day of rehearsals?!" Dad shouted with a big encouraging smile on his face.

Everyone cheered back with a big 'yes!' and I swear dad's smile grew wider and creepier.

"Okay! So everyone who is part of the scene, stay backstage immediately. The rest of the lights and props crew, get ready for the scenes!" Lady Marian hollered out and immediately, everyone sprang into action.

I went backstage, immediately going to the dressing room to prepare my big scene. Lizzie Hearts was already there, dresses flowing in both her arms. Lizzie was in charge of the dressing and makeup team with a few other people.

"Hi Darling!" Lizzie smiled and waved as I entered the room.

I smiled back as I replied "Hi Lizzie! So, what big and beautiful dress do you have in store for me now?"

Lizzie squealed excitedly as she rummages through the dresses in her arms. When she finally found it, she threw the other dresses covering her arms at the back. "This one! Oh this is going to be such a wonderlandifully made play!"

As I saw the dress, I gasped. It was really amazing. The dress was a beautiful silver color with delicate sapphire and gold designs swirling around the edges, it was off-shouldered with flowers around the chest area (still the beautiful wonderland touch) but it still managed to look formal and really fit for a princess.

But I really don't want to be one, I mused sadly in my head.

Pushing the thought away, I concentrated on the beautiful dress in front of me. "Lizzie this is absolutely amazing! Still the best designer as always!"

Lizzie beamed and blushed, waving the compliments away. "Hush now! Let's get you ready for the second scene!"

With those words said, Lizzie had pushed me towards the makeup rack and began pampering me along with some students helping her. Once she was done, she squealed and ushered me out the room, all the while saying "Good luck for the second scene!" then after, she closes the door to tend to more people.

I walked over to the entrance of the stage, releasing a shaky breath. "You got this Darling. You're a knight, you can definitely do this."

With those words said, I could hear Lady Marian and my dad shouting for the scene rehearsals to finally begin.

And with that, I waited for my turn, hoping for the best and not for the worst.

chase's pov:

AS SOON as the signal was given to start the second scene rehearsals, I smiled and instantly prepared on the side of the stage for my part.

Apple White and Daring Charming stepped out into the stage, both looking extremely prepped and prepared for the part. Apple, with her blood red dress, golden crown and her flawless makeup, she did the part of being Queen. Whereas Daring had a gold and white suit with his hair gelled back a little and his big golden crown. Both looked the part of being royals.
