EPILOGUE

nandini navya mukthi manik cabir and abhi were sitting in the living room of malhotras mansion. Nandini and navya were too numb to react.. betrayed by brothers whom they trusted more than their lives and the person whom they loved beyond anything.

"bhai can you please explain whats going on.?" Mukthi spoke after a long silence.

Manik looked at cabir and they both nodded in agreement and manik explained how he used to go to Bangalore to get relieved from his stress and how he found cabir and finally nandini.. their love.. everything. All this while tears were rolling down nandini's cheeks.. she felt hurt betrayed and what not. Her heart was broken into million pieces. She silently got up and went towards mukthi and asked in a low tone

"where is the washroom" to which mukthi stood up and said "come ill take you.." and they both went to navya's room.

"why did you do this bhai ??? ek saath do dil tod diye aapnae" navya said in a hurt tone and manik was about to say something but she got up and moved to her room. Manbir sighed and cabir patted manik's shoulder and blinked his eyes in assurance.

Navya entered her room and saw nandini coming out of the washroom. Their condition was no different.. there was similar pain in both of their eyes. All of a sudden navya walked towards nandini and hugged her tightly and started crying and nandini did the same. After sometime they broke the hug and gave each other a faint smile

"im so sorry for what bhai did.. he is a really nice person.. he really loves you.. please forgive him..." navya said looking at nandini... nandini who was looking down immediately shot her head upwards towards navya and said

"how can you even say that.. he cheated me... sab jhoot tha.. sab kuch.. every single thing... I loved Ranbir.. koi manik wanik nahi.." and turned her face towards other side huffing and crossing her arms across her chest.

"bhabhi listen.." navya tried explaining and nandini shut her eyes tight and fisted her hands and said gritting her teeth

"kaun bhabhi haan ???" and navya flinched at her tone but decided to stay calm for her brother.

"see.. I know how you are feeling.." navya tried continuing but was shut by nandini who signalled her to stop by showing her hand and said

"no.. you know nothing.." and came and stood in front of her and showed her something which made mukthi and navya gasp.

Nandini had got Ranbir's name as a permanent tattoo on her right shoulder blade. She turned to navya and said "do I look like a fool.. I loved him beyond anything.. and I can't take this.. no.." and pulled her hair in frustration.

Navya walked towards nandini and hugged her tightly and said "im sorry.. im so sorry for what bhai did.. please I beg you.. please forgive him.." navya said in the hug crying.

"I cant navya... I simply cant forgive him after what all he did."

"okay fine don't forgive him... but please don't leave him.. he loves you.. I can see it in his eyes.." navya said in a calm tone but nandini didn't reply anything.

"I don't want to talk about this.. ill go back in the first available flight.." nandini said after few minutes of silence in the room.

"tomorrow afternoon at 12:30 you have a flight to Bangalore... ill book your tickets.." navya informed her and nandini nodded her head.

"can you show me the guest room.." nandini asked mukthi and she signalled her to follow her.

Nandini freshened up and laid down on the bed and was staring at the ceiling thinking about the sudden turn of events in her life and tears made their way from her eyes.
