Low Calorie Burger with Zucchini

Ingredients:
Frozen Patties (Turkey or Regular hamburger.)
Half Of a Zucchini
Multigrain English Muffin

Seasonings and other things for flavoring:
Mrs. Dash Flavors: any that you like, such as Onion and Herb, Fiesta Lime. (Optional)
Spray Butter
Pam Spray.

How to make it:
Start by cutting a Zucchini in half, and then slice both halves multiple times to get strips of Zucchini. And if you want it to be as thin as spaghetti pasta, then continue to cut those slices very thinly.
Next: Now that you have your Zucchini ready, you can Grab a frozen Patty, (There's no thawing needed.) And grab some Pam spray to spray it in the pan and turn on the burner in between Medium and Low heat. At the same time,
Grab a separate pan for the Zucchini strips and spray Pam in that as well. (This is to color it to a nice Brown when Sautéeing your Zucchini.) (BONUS!... it also flavors it a little bit, even if the Pam spray is unflavored.)
Once you pour the Zucchini strips into the pan, you shall turn on the Burner to the same heat level as the Hamburgers are being cooked at. Because it will take the same amount of time to cook.
Cook the Hamburger to the way you like it, and make sure you turn the Zucchini periodically to get both sides nice and soft.
Finally: It's time to prepare the English Muffin once the pans are turned off.
Slice them in half, and put them in the toaster  so they can by nice and crispy. Then spray one of the slices with Spray Butter and put the burger on the opposite half of the English Muffin. Then top the burger with your Sautéed Zucchini strips, and the buttered half of the English Muffin. By placing the buttered half on top of the Zucchini, that will  allow the Zucchini to be Butter flavored.
Cook time depends on how long you cook your Hamburger for. Which also depends on how well you like it to be cooked. (For me, it takes about 15 minutes.
