The loud and catching sound of their Mother's phone break the silence of that dinner.

"Yes, Hello.. This is Mrs. Sy speaking.."

Speaking formally..

Chera's eyes with her long eyelashes covered with mascara making it stronger and darker rolled at her brother making fun at her.

Their mother got distracted with annoyance sound of her son.

"Jade, stop it please.." Chera begged.

"Chera, you have something to say."

Mrs. Sy gave Chera a serious look as she set off the phone down.

"What to tell?" She answered confusely.

"Aahh. Stop pissing your mother please! I heard you and someone talking about moving in a condominium. What's that about huh?!" Raising her newly shaved eyebrows.

"Oh yes. This weekends. I will move there." She smirked.

"Where?who's with you!?"

"You should told me that first! You're being mean to your mom. Give me your credit card, I need it for my 'shopping thing'.."

"Why would I tell? It's time to be independent.

"Whatever." Jade, exhausted with mother-daughter conversation, glanced at the clock, stood up and bid goodnight.

"What's his problem.." her mother sighed.

Good that it's finally over, chera's mind blowing. Staring up the glowing sky at the balcony that evening, a sudden shed of tears wet her cheek.

Flashback.

A man and a pregnant woman fighting furiously while a child witnessed her parent's parting.

"Daddy.. please don't leave me.. I'll come with you." The child cried as she pulls the mans shirt sobbing.

"Stay here. Daddy loves you so much honey..okay? Forget me not.. keep safe baby. Take good care of your mom and your baby brother. I'll miss you so much."

As he kissed the child's forehead leaning down to give her a farewell hug.

Warm liquid continuously flows down her cheek more as she remember the day 15 years ago.

"I miss you dad." She whisphered wiping her tears and went back to her bed. Her wet eyes shut asleep.
