Chapter 20

I stand up and look down at the campus and then at the other dorm..

"You do understand what has to happen now right?" I turn to look at Grayson sitting on the ledge looking out as well.

"I know what you mean but I can't. I maybe a vampire but that doesn't change my feelings for them." He points to the dorm.

"It's for them, it's for the safety of you and the other students..."

He laughs sarcastically, "What you think I can't control myself?" He grabs me by my throat and pushes me onto the wall and I gasp because it happened so fast.

"Gray, wh..what are you doing?" I stutter as he moves my head to the side.

"The only time I can't control myself is when I'm near you.." He kisses my neck and licks it and I bite my lip hard and tighten my legs together.

"Gray...." I whisper out of breath.

"I can control myself around human so tell your little headmaster I will not join them, plus something fishy is going on around here." He lets my neck go and walks away, "Also I can't leave my sister alone." Sister?

"You have a sister here?"

"Julie. I thought you knew.."

"Julie is your sister!" My reaction makes him laugh, "But her last name is Kiro and yours is West..."

"She got her father's last name and I got my mom's. My dad didn't really like me." Why?

"I see, so she's a hunter?"

"Yes, she's a witch hunter."

"She hunts witches down?"

He laughs, "No Julie is a witch."

She is? Maybe she can help me with my nightmares!

"Maybe she can help us!"

"No, we aren't bringing my little sister in this."

"Oh come on, please we might need her magic."

"She would be willing too but I can't. I won't drag her into it."

"Drag me into what?" We both look back to see Julie smiling from ear to ear and she runs and hugs us both.

"Ugh you're back!" She squeezes me and I hug her back.

"Careful Julie." Gray pulls her back like I'm going to lose control.

"Careful? Do you think you're the only one who can contain themselves? Plus it's only when I smell blood but I would never do anything to hurt Julie." I hug her again and she laughs.

"So what was I walking into?" Julie asks excitedly.

"Nothing, go back to class." Gray says deeply and seriously.

"Look big brother just because you turned into a vampire doesn't mean I can't decide on my own."

"Julie we might need your magic to see if maybe you can help us find out what's going on.." I explain to her.

"Of Course, anything to figure out why this campus turned into a dark grey storm.." Gray raises his brow at her, "What? You think only Vampires can sense bad things, no I can sense danger heading our way and I am going to protect the campus and you guys. "

"No...No that's out of the question. I am not putting you in risk, if you can sense this danger than you can sense how bad its going to get and I am not willing to expose you to all this. If they sense a witch behind it they will kill you." Grayson stands his ground but he has a point, Julie risks being killed because witches are the strongest beings and she's a hunter as well.
