Past: She is Kiba’s younger twin sister, she was friends with Naruto since he was a kid and never cared that other people hated him, even though her mom didn’t approve she let the two be friends and eventually grew to like Naruto.

How you met-
“Aoi! Aoi! Hey! Aoi where’d you go!?” A young Kegawa called as she looked around for her small brown puppy.
‘Man, I let her out of my sight for a second and she disappears!’ Kegawa thought bitterly as she walked to the park that she and Aoi liked to go to, when she got there she saw a boy with blonde hair throwing a stick and Aoi fetching it then bringing it back happily for the boy to repeat the cycle.
“Aoi! There you are!” I called.
Aoi looked up and with a bark she ran up and jumped in Kegawa’s opened arms.
The boy watched as I walked over and grinned.
“Hi! I’m Kegawa Inuzuka, thanks for looking after Aoi for me.” I smiled.
The boy grinned at me and scratched the back of his head.
“Heh, don’t worry about it, I’m Naruto Uzumaki by the way, the next Hokage!” He grinned while punching a fist in the air.
“Wow, the next Hokage! That’s awesome!” I grinned.
I put Aoi down on the ground and straightened.
“Hey, do you want to play some more fetch with Aoi?” I asked.
Naruto grinned before nodding then picking up the stick he was using earlier.
After a few hours it was time for me to go home.
“Well, I’ll see you later Naruto, wanna play again tomorrow?” I asked.
“Ok!” He grinned then waved as I started to run home.
How he told you-
It had been four years since Naruto and I met, we graduated from the academy but we were put on different teams, Naruto was really sweet, seeing as I was sad he made me promise that we’d never forget each other, soon after we met at the Chunin exams.
“Naruto!” I grinned as I ran up and glomped him, he glomped me back and we got talking about how we were both gonna be chunin.
At the battle tower, Naruto and his team made it.
“Hey Naruto! Man, did you get attacked by a cat or something?” I asked as Aoi and I walked over.
“It’s a long story.” Naruto said looking exhausted.
“Hey, buck up! We’re already past the half way mark of the exams! So it’s almost over!” I grinned.
“Yeah! Believe it!” Naruto grinned.
When the preliminaries started Naruto had to fight my brother, he was quickly wounded and didn’t get up.
“Naruto! C’mon! Get up!” I shouted at him.
I watched as Naruto’s eyes snapped open then he charged at Kiba.
“What?! How’d you get up!? You should be too injured to move!” Kiba growled as Naruto stood over Kiba’s hurt body.
“Because…Kegawa…She’s my strength…and I love her.” Naruto panted.
I turned bright red and Naruto’s sensei Kakashi leaned down to my ear.
“Well, aren’t we the popular one?” He sniggered in my ear.
After the preliminary exams I headed home and ran into Naruto.
“Hey Naruto…that was really cute what you said at the battle tower.” I said which made us both blush.
“Oh and by the way…” I said as I walked past him, “You’re my strength and love too.” I said as I smiled back at him.
How it happened-
It had been two years since Naruto came back from his two year training with Jiraiya, Naruto and I had practically picked off where we left, and were an official couple.
“Hey Naru-chan.” I smiled as I walked into the ramen place, right now he was eating on his own.
“Kewa-chan!” He grinned as he glomped me.
Aoi barked as she sat on the ground next to me, Naruto had nearly fainted when he first saw her.
“Want to come over to my house?!” Naruto asked as he grinned devilishly.
“Ok!” I grinned back as we stood up and paid for our ramen then headed to his place.
It wasn’t long before we got to Naruto’s house, And let’s just say we got past 3rd base, hehehehehehe…
How you found out-
I was at Naruto’s sleep over party to celebrate his becoming of Hokage when all of a sudden I needed to puke so I ran to the toilet and barfed.
“Hey! Are you ok!?” Naruto asked as he held my hair back and rubbed my back.
“Ew…yeah I’m good.” I groaned as I stood up then rinsed my mouth out with some water.
“Did you eat something funny?” Naruto asked as we walked out.
“Hmm, yeah, it was probably that ramen I had the other day it didn’t taste right.” I said as I looked thoughtful.
“Hey! Don’t diss ramen! It’s nutritious and delicious with heaps of vitamins and minerals!” Naruto said as he got anime bug eyes and punched his fist in the air.
I blinked and stuck my tongue out at him.
“Nyah!” I said as I sat down next to Ino.
A few weeks later I decided to talk to Hana seeing as she was a vet so she’d know a little about what was up, but what she told me was shocking.
“You’re pregnant Lil sis!” She grinned as she held both of my hands.
“I’m what!?” I squeaked.
How you told him-
I had told my mom and brother and they nearly killed me, then they nearly killed Naruto but Hana managed to calm them down seeing as she knew this must be hard for me.
“Well, you better go tell the dad.” Kiba said.
“Wait, who is the dad?” Tsume asked as they all looked at me.
I twitched then looked away blushing.
“Naruto Uzumaki.” I mumbled.
A couple of seconds passed and Kiba started laughing.
“You and Naruto!? Man, I didn’t think he had it in him!” Kiba laughed as he fell on the ground.
Hana and Tsume got eye twitches then gave him a good kick up the ass.
“Leave your sister alone Kiba! If I recall you and that Ino girl shook her apartment down.” Tsume grinned.
“Did not!” He yelled as he stood up and blushed.
While they had a ’Did not and Did too’ fight I went to go find Naruto who was at the ramen bar which was surprising as I rarely saw him because of his job as the Hokage.
“Hey Naruto.” I said as I walked in.
“Mwegwahwah!” Naruto grinned with Ramen still in his mouth. (Translation: Kegawa!)
After talking about random things you decided to just tell him seeing as you would have to sooner or later.
“Hey Naruto…the reason…I’m actually here is…well because…I-I’m…I’m pregnant.” I stuttered.
Naruto stopped eating and dropped his chop sticks, he closed his eyes then took out some money and laid it on the counter then walked out of the store, just as I was about to start crying he did something weird.
“I’M GONNA BE A DAD KONOHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!” He yelled as loud as he could.
I went wide eyed then felt someone grab me from behind and drag me out to the large crowd.
“Kegawa and I are gonna have a baby!” Naruto grinned as he hugged me tightly.
The Pregnancy/Delivery-
I. Hate. Being. Pregnant.
I was fat. No, I was a boulder! At 8 months I was fucking enormous!
“Kiba…” I whined.
“What’s up?” He asked.
“I’m fat.” I cried.
“No you’re not, you’re…radiant!” He grinned.
Since Naruto was Hokage Kiba, Hana and Tsume helped me out and Naruto took the night shift.
A month later I was sitting on the couch with Hana and Kiba while my mom got me some honey covered fish.
“Hey Kega-chan, I think you just wet yourself.” Kiba said as he looked down at my lower region.
Hana looked as well then went wide eyed, I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and grasped my large belly.
“She didn’t wet herself! Her water just broke!” Hana exclaimed as she helped me off the couch.
“Akamaru! Here boy!” Kiba yelled.
Akamaru came bounding up and barked excitedly when he noticed what was happened.
They got me to the hospital and Kiba left to tell Naruto, my contractions grew and it wasn’t long before Naruto came running in screaming, unfortunately I was giving birth at the time and when Naruto came in he took one look and fainted.
‘Good grief, he’s Hokage and giving birth scares the shit out of him.’ I thought as I got an eye twitch.
Turns out the reason I was so fat was because I was having twins, by then Naruto had woken up so he got to help me name them, we ended up naming them Minato and Jiraiya, a few years later we had a daughter who we named Tsumeko, we got married soon after the twins were born seeing as I wanted to fit into my dress.
