Chapter 16

*Gelou's PoV

"So, basically, you spent the night with Matt Bryant without telling us? How could you?!" Loraine exclaimed. I told her everything that happened last night and then she started accusing me of sleeping with him. Yes, he's attractive and all but, why would I sleep with him? I'm not that kind of girl. I'd rather watch Mean Girls-which is my least favourite movie- ten times than sleep with him.

"It's not a big deal, Raine. He's just a normal lad." I shrugged.

"Yeah, a normal lad is the one who is in every ad of Calvin Klein boxers." she snorted. Wait, he is?

"Oh come on. Drop it, Loraine Margaret Therese Young. Woah, what a long name you got." I said.

"Blame my oh-so-fancy aunt Maria." she said. I put on my bracelet and then I stood up to get my Jordans. I put some socks on first and then put my shoes on. Then someone knocked on the door.

"Can you get it Raine?" I said tying the shoelaces.

"You're not the boss of me." she stated. I sighed and then I went to get the door. The moment I opened the door, I stepped on my shoelace making me fall at the person infront of me. I landed with an 'oof' and I looked up at the guy under me. Shit. It's Matt. We stared at each other's eyes. He has beautiful eyes. Gosh. I rolled on the floor and then got up. He also got up and then I saw Raine smirking. I glared at her.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" I asked Matt.

"Oh, you left your bracelet." he said handing me my bracelet.

"Thanks." I said.

"No problem. Where are you heading?" he asked.

"I'm heading to Broadway. To see Wicked." I said. It's true. Raine and I decided to see it since we are really curios about it since we watched Oz The Great And Powerful

"Okay. That's all I need to tell you and I need to go since I have an interview. Bye." he said waving. I waved back and then I went inside our suite.

"What was that? The two of you are perfect for each other!" she gushed. I glared at her.

"Look, I know he's a sex god but for me he is just a normal guy. Besides, I told you, I'm not dating anyone until I finish high school. It's a distraction for me." I told her.

"A distraction? You've gotta be kidding me, Overland. You're a straight A student! You're very intellegent and gorgeous! Not to mention, you're the heir of one of the biggest companies in the world!" Well it's true. She's got a point.

"I'm not yet ready, Raine. I feel like I still need to love myself before I'll love another human being."I sighed. She looked at me and said "I'm not gonna force you to be with him but I just want you to be happy, okay? I don't wanna pressure you since I understand you and I know what you do." I smiled at her and then I finally break the silence "We need to go."

We walked going to the lift and then I saw Jack. We talked for a while and then he had to go to his room.

"Flying so high, kiss me goodbye!"Elphaba sang. I seriously love this song.

We're currently here at the theater and enjoying ourselves. I saw Idina Menzel a while ago. Raine and I are really loving this show.

"Are you Lucy Hale?" A girl behind me asks.

"Sorry, I'm Gelou Overland. What's your twitter name and I'll tell her to follow you." I said.

"Oh, it's GeorgiaHearts. It's nice meeting you, Ms. Overland." she said. I smiled at her and then she went back on watching the show.

Good thing, she was the only Lucy Hale fan who noticed me. On our way back to our hotel, the paps took pictures of me and Raine.  Which is very annoying.
